Explore Venice Lido riding a scooter and discover the magical atmosphere of the lagoon. Visit Nicelli historical airport (one of the first in Italy), St. Nichol's Abbey and see the ancient St. Andrew's fortress, the Liberty Villas, the Murazzi, Malamocco historical center (first Venetian lagoon civilization centre), the Golf course (one of the oldest and beautiful in Italy), see the Mose (a project intended to protect the city of Venice, Italy, and the Venetian Lagoon from flooding), the beaches with their fine sands. It's possible to reach Pellestrina island (a Lido twin island) by a 10 minutes ferry boat trip

  • Minimum driving age is 18 years and the driver must show the original (no picture or copy) driver's license at the rental staff
  • If you come from non - European Union countries you need an International Driver's Permit (IDP) that is required if your national driver's licence is not in Roman script. An International Driver's Permit (IDP) is also mandatory by law for non-European Union renters except for customers from the following countries who can rent with their national driver's licence + passport: Argentina, Australia, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa and United States. The IDP translates the national driver's licence into various languages and is not accepted without the national licence. Please note that, if stopped by the Police while driving without an IDP, you might incur into a fine and the vehicle may be confiscated for 3 months and you will pay a fine between € 400,00 and € 1.600,00. In this case, Venice Scooter Rental reserves the right to charge you the amount of the non-waivable excess applicable for the vehicle
  • Previous experience riding a scooter is mandatory. The scooter rental owner reserves the right at his or her absolute discretion to terminate the participation of any rider who is unable to ride the scooter safely
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 2 travelers
  • On certain dates, most travelers staying outside of Venice who are planning to visit for the day will be required to pay a €5 access fee. For further details (including exemptions) and to learn what days this fee is applicable, please visit: https://cda.ve.it
  • Minimum passenger age is 6
  • Our scooters can't leave Venice Lido or Pellestrina islands
