Staff were welcoming, friendly and super knowledgeable! It was great to see chocolate being made in their onsite factory through the window. The workshop its self was amazing (and air-conned!). We got to make 15 of our own chocolates and a few truffles whilst learning about the history of chocolate and how it is made! Aprons and hairnets were provided. We travelled on the bus from Mellieħa and highly recommend this workshop. We got a free insulated bag as we spent over a certain amount and staff even helped with providing directions to the right bus stop.

Really good fun. Visited with my husband and two daughters - 10 and 12. We decorated chocolates, then filled truffles, followed by a quick explanation of where chocolate comes from and its history. Our guide/teacher, Renee was lovely 😊

Such fun, would definitely recommend and you get a lot of chocolate! Be prepared to have a lot of chocolate to bring home!

Great fun workshop to do on holiday! It was also nice to learn a bit more about the history of chocolate too. I definitely let out my inner child when painting my chocolate. Would deffo recommend!

It was a fun relaxed experience each group had there own coloured white chocolate we had 3 colours they even did vegan chocolate in couple different flavours. Calm environment friendly and informative teachers you got to do both decorated chocolates and you got to make 3 truffles which was great fun. We got lost on the way as isn't sign posted and they didn't mind we was bit late

Excellent way to spend an hour, very friendly staff (we even got to sample prickly pear chocolate unique to the island)

Made truffles and got to make some custom chocolates also learnt some interesting bits about the history of chocolate

Recommend that even if you don’t want to do any of the experiences available, you should at least swing by and check out the shop/cafe

It was a real nice experience together with 3 British girls. It was very pleasant and the lady who gave the workshop told us a lot about fair trade, a lot of things we were not aware of. We would like to do it again. The bonbons were also very good in taste!

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at the Malta Chocolate Factory! The host and staff are knowledgeable and friendly which just adds to the fun and makes a personal experience to remember. The chance to decorate your own chocolates and make your own truffles was unique and exciting. The class is held in a lovely air conditioned studio, this activity is one of a kind in Malta!

My 16 year old daughters (twins) did the Adult chocolate making and loved it! There was a mix of hands on and interesting theory/facts/history. They would definitely do it again. Different experience to most other things on Malta and a good activity to do when it's too hot outside!

Was a small class which was really nice and felt more personal, the instructor was extremely lovely and let us have control of how we wanted to design our chocolates even if our designs looked questionable 😂 but it was a delicious questionable design.

It was a very cute and enjoyable experience, different to the regular things you can do in Malta, very therapeutic and peaceful.

Honestly would come back and do the chocolate and cocktail pairing!

An informative and enjoyable time making chocolates. It was a hands on experience and well worth the time and money. The chocolates we made we took with us and didn’t last until next day. Helpful and friendly staff. Afterwards we had a hot chocolate with a shot of Baileys in and it was delicious.

It was a fun afternoon out, I was a bit disappointed the main thing we did was white chocolate as it is not the most popular I certainly don’t want to eat what I’ve made. The truffles were disappointing as they were left to set on the tray but the all got stuck so ours turned into a broken mess, they should have provided grease proof paper. Even the lady said it’s a skill to get them off the tray and she hasn’t seen many successful. It was fun and we had a laugh but it wasn’t as good as expected.

Absolutely brilliant! The chocolate making was really good fun and the accompanying talk was so informative. The chocolate was delicious too. I can’t recommend this enough.
