They handled all our island car transfers and were reliable, friendly, and professional. Communication was excellent and we were happy to have the same service for all our transport needs.

Be aware, however, additional cost charged as needed larger vehicle as four people travelling with cabin luggage wouldn’t fit into standard car.

We booked with this company for both our arrival to Malta and return to the airport. They provided exceptional customer service on both occasions. They were punctual, friendly, welcoming and very communicative. We absolutely will be using this service again when we return.

We used this service to get to and from the airport. They had great communication prior to arrival via WhatsApp and the driver was there upon arrival with our name on a placard as we had hoped. Clean cars and friendly drivers - highly recommended!

We travelled to Malta with our 4-month old daughter and were eager to ensure we booked a professional transfer service with a baby car seat for safety. Having read multiple reviews for other companies who took bookings and turned up without a baby car seat, we were a little nervous. But there was no need - our lovely driver, Simone, greeted us for both airport trips with the car seat already fitted. We chose Get Cab because of its many good reviews and they were just as good as everyone said they were. We arrived later than expected, but our driver was obviously tracking our flight and we received a call as soon as we got into the airport to let us know she was waiting, which was very reassuring. We received the same excellent service on the way back with a WhatsApp message from our driver to say she was on the way. She arrived right on time and was friendly and informative on our journey back. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Many thanks.

We had just 3 days to see the highlights of Malta. I sent an email to GetCab Malta, Jes responded immediately and was very friendly and helpful. They scheduled our transfer from the airport to Valletta, arranged for a van to take us to Mdina and back the next day and, finally, took us from our hotel to board our ship at the cruise port. All the arrangements worked perfectly, the drivers were friendly and arrived on time. Our group of 6 were impressed with the service and would highly recommend them!
