Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) Departure transfer from Amsterdam City

The transfer to the airport was effective but allow 4 hours to get through all the checks at the airport. There were 6 queues to wait through. So allow the 4 hours they recommend.

Driver was prompt and friendly. Once at the airport he gave advice on how to navigate the chaos that is the airport in Amsterdam.

Driver was 10 minutes early and got us to the airport a little early. He was friendly and professional as well and dropped us off in the perfect spot. Great experience.

We received advice the day before travel that we needed to be at the airport aN hour earlier so I contacted the operator who confirmed. When 10mins after pickup time there was no sign of the car we had our hotel ring them for us. I explained the situation and was placed on hold for sometime while they contacted the driver. I was cut off and the hotel arranged a taxi. While waiting, the concierge ran out with his phone, saying the driver wanted to speak with me. He apologised and said he had not been advised of the time change and would be there in 8mins. In order to save “25 minutes” he dropped us off at the Sheraton Airport hotel and told us to enter across the road and take the lift up to departures. We had 4 bags between 2 women and the simple instructions turned out to be inadequate. It took us some time to find out where to go and the whole thing was a bit of a frantic rush in the end. Not a good experience.

A complete scam! They dictate a pickup time based on flight departure (2 hrs before an international flight) and do not allow you to change it. They do not respond to email or phone messages, so no choice but to call it close or no refund. A Total FRAUD

Driver was friendly and on time. He was very helpful and the vehicle was very clean. Would diffently use this service again. I was worried they would be late or not show up at all but everytime they showed up and show up on time.

The company quickly accommodated our request the day before for an earlier pick-up time from the hotel as we expected longer than usual crowds at the airport. The driver arrived on time. He helped with the luggage. He was friendly and just the right amount of conversation. It was everything I expect in a transfer.

This tour operator was unresponsive and provided incorrect contact information to Viator. We wanted to be picked up a mere 30 minutes earlier than they emailed and we could not get in touch nor could Viator. We emailed, called and constantly messaged to no reply. I have requested a refund as they did not show up at the time i wanted and we had to call a cab

Our transfer from the hotel to the Amsterdam airport was way better than the transfer from the airport to the hotel. The driver was way nicer than the first driver we had.

We got to the airport with more than enough time for our check in and the driver was at the hotel on time as well.

I had a very good experience with that company. We paid Canadian dollars from here about 35$.they were on time and much cheaper than taxi from there which was almost 50 Euro.

Nice car, nice taxi ride. Confusion about pick-up time. Very difficult to communicate with company. No phone number given for while in Amsterdam or local number. 3 different pick-up times discussed. Last one said 6:30 for a 10:30 flight. The cab ride was only 20 min. So we sit at airport for 3 and a half hours?
