Lovers Canal Cruises

Hop aboard your boat near Amsterdam Central Station for a cruise along the canals. Take in the sights and soak up the evening atmosphere as you glide through the city center and through the Red Light District, arguably the city’s liveliest neighborhood, where historical bridges and red-lit windows illuminate the water. Your host will serve red and white wine, so sit back, relax and sip as you cruise. A platter of Dutch cheese and nuts is also on your table. Drift along the Herengracht, Amstel and Oudezijds canals, and admire the sight of Amsterdam’s 5-star Grand Hotel, lit up against the sky. The Golden Bend, a stretch of elaborate mansions, is a key sight on your route, so listen to the live commentary about the area as you pass. Learn about Oosterdok, the city’s eastern docks, and then finish your cruise back at the start point.
