Our captain, Cole, was a very nice American who has been living in Amsterdam for the past couple of years. As Americans, my husband and I were interested more in his experience than the romance of the bridges. Although it was different, it was still a very good tour. The only reason why I say it really can't be romantic on a rainy night in February is because the heater was about to asphyxiate us, so we had to open the windows. Good part is the canal was very quiet, so there wasn't a lot of traffic.

The tour was made very special and allowed my boyfriend and I to enjoy a perfect personalised experience around the entirety of Amsterdam. The tour guide was very interesting and provided a great balance of interesting stories, knowledge of Amsterdam with silent periods to allow us to enjoy the scenery and time with each other. The setting of being on the canals and going under the lit up bridges made the experience very worth while and completely enjoyable.

Such an amazing city at night. Thanks to Rocco for hosting us. The electric boat was comfortable and quiet which made the trip a little bit haunting as it’s quiet at this time of year.

What a lovely, calming and romantic experience. I chose to surprise my wife with this experience. The tour operator quickly and attentively reached out to me following the booking and warmly offered some additional enhancements (roses and higher end champagne), which were reasonably priced. They were also a big hit with my wife :-). Our boat captain/tour guide (and I know I’m going to butcher his name) Falentino could not have been lovelier. He was friendly, warm, knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating.

We took the last tour of the night and it was a great choice as the canals were clear, the bridges and city were all romantically lit. Traveling (flying) can be high stress and your first/second day of vacation can leave you still decompressing from life, my wife and I found this tour the perfect option for speeding up this process. We highly recommend this tour and suggest a later evening if possible although I’m sure during the day would be fantastic as well.

Tour guide Derrick was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The lighted canals were beautiful and the weather was perfect (one short squall was not problem because of the roof). We enjoyed our Prosecco and snacks. Warning: no toilet at meeting point or on board, so plan accordingly. Derrick also delivered us right near our hotel.

We had Valentijn as our guide and he was an absolute sweetheart and made our trip so amazingly special. We talked, we laughed, looked at babyswans and there was never a dull or weird moment. 10 out of 10!

Our guide was nice and informative. He was the perfect guide that provided top notch customer service. He not only dropped us off at our next destination but also walked us to the area to point us in the right direction.

Our guide did a fantastic job. At the beginning of the trip he asked some questions about the type of experience we wanted, and then delivered exactly that. It was great!

We had a wonderful almost 2hours trip on the canal. The skipper told us a lot about the bridges, houses and made the tour the best we experienced in Amsterdam. His daughter is an architecht and he had learned a lot from her. We spoke a lot but we could also be quiet and enjoy the watersound and the late evening sounds on a Monday night. We will always take that trip when we come back.

We had an excellent experience on our canal cruise. Our host was friendly and informative. And he had a super, low-key personality that added to the quiet and romantic mood. It was a great balance that made him perfect for this type of tour.
We saw and did a bunch of fun stuff during our week in Amsterdam. This tour stands out as one of the best things we've ever done on vacation. This was worth the money and is highly recommended.

Rococo was very knowledgeable about Amsterdam and the places on the canal trip. He was very good at what he does talks with a very calming voice. Extremely informative not just about the place but also the pieces of music he played whilst on the trip. Good selection of local snacks and also had soft drinks if you didn't drink alcohol or didn't want to. Overall a great experience

Rocco must have been having a bad day for our tour because he has good reviews across the board. He was on his phone a lot and didn’t tell many stories of the history of Amsterdam or the canals even though he asked us if we wanted to hear the history. He didn’t offer to take a picture and seemed bothered by us at times. I hope it was just a bad day for Rocco and that he gets the love back.
