What You Will Do

In addition to being a private tour, not sharing transport with other people.... touridenorthportugal always try to avoid the more commercial places / wineries, or those with too much movement, looking for the most picturesque and familiar ones to somehow get closer to the genuine Portuguese culture. You won't just have a tour guide but a friend to introduce you to a region that we are proud of. The meal that we will present to you is of very good quality with wines that need no introduction and we always try to satisfy the needs of our visitors.

Once you book it will be private If you mostly enjoy Regular wines from Douro region (dry), that is, in a more private way the tour for you, but of course you'll be having also Port wines. Visiting Rome without seeing the Pope doesn't make sense! Let's avoid to get up to early and skip the rush hour collecting you at 9:30 AM in your accommodation located in Porto or surroundings We will have a journey of approximately 1:30h ahead to the Douro valley. But I always like to stop in the charming little town of Amarante which is 45 minutes away and give you some regional products. Here is the time it will take to get from one place to another
