What You Will Do
This tour of the UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE BATH for English and German speaking visitors is suitable for singles, couples, groups and private groups alike and starts on Pulteney Bridge, leading to and visiting The Pavilion Hall where The Beatles performed in 1963
From there we are heading to the Roman Bath and the Bath Abbey, followed by your Host’s live piano performance in the Square Restaurant opposite the Historic Pump Room.(see below)
THE BEATLES IN BATH 1963
We are visiting the Pavilion Concert Hall and Photo Gallery where The Beatles performed on June 10th, 1963 , as part of their U.K. tour with Roy Orbison.
Details of this event will be highlighted as well as topics about The Beatles' legacy including why their Hamburg days were so important in becoming the most successful band of all times.
We end the tour at the Square Piano Restaurant by The Roman Bath where your host will be playing the piano to pay a tribute to John Lennon playing Imagine' , ‘Woman’ and others.
