The world’s most exhilarating and most inspiring mental and physical challenges are brought together in one incredible location. Visitors will have unlimited use of Assault Course included with any other activity you book. Balance, jump, climb and scramble your way through the assault course, tackling high walls and tricky ropes, all against the clock. You won’t know your limits until you meet them – and beat them! Choose one of the hero challenges: iFLY, Climb,Shooting, Archery, Escape Room or face Europe’s highest free-roam High Ropes at The Bear Grylls Adventure. Get ready for unforgettable fun as you challenge your brain, body and reflexes with incredible activities inspired by Bear’s love of adventure. We’ll get you fully briefed, geared up and ready to climb, fly, zip, leap, scramble and explore. All our activities are suitable for guests who are age 8+ years, with the exception of Shooting where the minimum age is 10+ years. The challenges at The Bear Grylls Adventure are inspired by those he encountered around the world and specially adapted to give adventurous souls some mind-blowing fun. Choose your ticket for the activity you want to enjoy - Archery Time: 45 minutes - Climb: 60 minutes - iFLY Indoor Skydiving: 60 minutes - Shooting: 30 minutes - High Ropes : 60 minutes All activities include an Assault Course (UNLIMITED USE OF ASSAULT COURSE INCLUDED FREE WITH ANY ACTIVITY YOU BOOK)

  • You will be wearing your own clothes so make sure they're adventure ready. All our activities, apart from our High Ropes, are indoors, so make sure you bring some layers if needed.

  • All our activities are suitable for guests who are age 8+ years, with the exception of Shooting where the minimum age is 10+ years.
  • Under 16's need a parent or guardian both to sign the waiver and to pay to be on the experience with them
  • 16 and 17 year olds need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver but do not have to attend the experience with them
  • Spectator tickets can be purchased at the attraction but only give access to the hub, no activities

  • Age restriction: Climbing experience is designed for guests 8+, and if you are under 18 you will need permission from a parent or guardian and to complete your Adventure Portal documents.
  • Children under the age of 8 will not be permitted to take part in any activities. Under 16’s will need a guardian over 18 on their activities with them. 16 and 17 year olds can visit unaccompanied but they will be unable to supervise others.
  • Weight Restriction: Max weight 21.5 stone (136 kg)
  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of this experience pregnant guests are unable to take part.
  • Some guests may find it difficult to fit into our climbing harnesses even though they are within our weight limit due to their body shape. If you think you might have this issue, please visit our Accessibility page and get in touch.
  • Age Restriction: iFLY indoor skydiving at The Bear Grylls Adventure is designed for guests 8+, and if you are under 18 you will need permission from a parent or guardian and to complete your Adventure Portal documents.
  • Children under the age of 8 will not be permitted to take part in any activities. Under 16’s will need a guardian over 18 on their activities with them. 16 and 17 year olds can visit unaccompanied but they will be unable to supervise others.

  • Height Restriction: minimum 4.2 foot (1.3 meters) tall, maximum height 6.7 feet (2.03 meters)
  • Unfortunately, due to the nature of this experience pregnant guests are unable to take part.
  • If you have had certain injuries in the past, such as a dislocated shoulder, you may be unable to fly. Please refer to our iFly page or the detailed waiver for more information.
  • Age Restriction: Our High Ropes are designed for guests 8+, and if you are under 18 you will need permission from a parent or guardian and to complete your Adventure Portal documents. Children under the age of 8 will not be permitted to take part in any activities. Under 16’s will need a guardian over 18 on their activities with them. 16 and 17 year olds can visit unaccompanied but they will be unable to supervise others.
