Itinerary
Meeting Point
When you arrive at Invergordon walk through the port gates and across the road. Your driver-guide will be waiting on the other side of the road for you, in a WOW-branded uniform/kilt.

Cawdor Castle
1 hour 30 minutes
You will be presented with an audio guide, which provides an informative and entertaining tour of this spectacular castle, which dates back to at least 1454. From the 16th Century portrait gallery in the drawing room, to the 17th Century Flemish tapestries in one of the bedrooms, every room features fine art and antique furniture, and there are stories behind every piece. After you have completed the tour you will have time to enjoy the varied gardens. There is also a cafe and a couple of gift shops here.
Entrance to Cawdor Castle is included in the tour price.

Culloden Battlefield
45 minutes
Our final stop is at Culloden Battlefield, one of the most important battlefields in the UK.
Here, your guide will bring the landscape to life on a 30-minute walking tour, as he enthralls you with the story of the last pitched battle on British soil; the Jacobite uprising of 1746.

Clava Cairns
25 minutes
Clava Cairns is a well-preserved group of prehistoric burial cairns which were built around 4000 years ago. This Bronze Age cemetery has a wide range of interesting historical structures to explore such as passage graves, ring cairns, a curb cairn, and standing stones. For Outlander fans, this is a must-see stop!

Loch Ness
30 minutes
Our next stop is Dores Beach, on the south side of Loch Ness, where the view was recently voted one of the tops in the UK! You will have some time to take a stroll on the beach, or perhaps you would like to purchase a unique Nessie souvenir from the resident monster hunter, Steve Feltham. There is also a cozy Scottish pub on the shores of the Ness, where you may wish to sample a local beer or whisky.
