The Beatles London walking tour

We had such a great time. Easy flow, tons of stories, information, and pictures. Guide and group allowed time to shop at ease and taking pictures. My 10 & 14 year olds loved it.

When I found out I was going to London, the first thing I knew I wanted to do was go see Abbey road. I figured I might as well go all in and look for a Beatles tour. This was the highest rated tour, and I can see why. Not only was the tour guide extremely kind, but he was also extremely knowledgeable. The tour lasted several hours, which I did not mind. The group of people were also great, it's amazing meeting people from all over the world who are connected by this similar interest.

I dragged along my friend who knows nothing about the Beatles, and even she said it was an amazing tour. If I ever go back to London, I will definitely go on one of his other tours!! Lots of walking so definitely wear sneakers, but also bring a camera because you will be taking loads of pictures!!

There was far too much walking and not enough touring. Much of the 2 1/2 hours were spent just following the tour guide around as he led us through very busy crowded streets, which included a subway ride.
While I expected there was going to be a fair amount of walking- it is a walking tour after all, it was just too much. I am a physically active person and used to daily walks, so I’m very capable. However, six of ten participants dropped out of the tour, two of which did have to be elsewhere, but the others were just done with all the walking and probably lack of touring.
The tour guide could have been more engaging and provided more information. He was a nice, friendly gentleman, but just didn’t seem to be that invested in the tour.
We did enjoy the stop at Abbey Road and the tour guide made sure we all had photos taken if we wanted, which was tricky with the crowd and traffic.
It wasn’t a complete waste, but given the opportunity to do it again, I would not choose this tour.

This was a great walking tour! We saw parts of London that we wouldn’t have on our own. Our guide was so knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Happily took our picture. We enjoyed all the sites and Beatles info. Our tour was longer than 2 1/2 hours but it was so interesting, we didn’t mind!

This was a great time. Grant was knowledgeable & friendly and we covered a lot of ground. Saw some interesting places connected to The Beatle & popped into a great Mom & Pop shop to look for collectables. Learned a lot about the Beatles, some other bands of the era, & London itself. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves The Beatles & good company. I am looking forward to my next trip to London so I can go on the Queen tour next. Cheers Grant!

Grant was an excellent tour guide. Friendly & knowledgeable - made for a great afternoon talking about the Beatles & London & touched upon other musicians of the time as well. I am looking forward to taking his Queen tour the next time I am in town.

Tour guide was lovely. The group we were in were friendly. Learned a few things we didnt know about the beatles. My 10 year old son loved the helter skelter cafe (more like a soveiner shop with drinks) it was a great tour from start to finish. More to see than you would think, happy from start to finish.

Grant was interesting and informative. He also got a pic of us crossing Abbey Road! I was pleased to be able to see the old Bag O’ Nails venue, as well.

This tour was excellent. The guide, Grant, is very knowledgeable and has lots of anecdotes to relate. He showed photos also to highlight his commentary. We thought it was 1 1/2 hours but we walked with him for 3 hours.

We thoroughly enjoyed this Beatles walking tour in London. The highlight was the infamous Abbey Road crossing. We also loved the Abbey Road Studios, the homes of Paul, John and Ringo, Marylebone station and registry office plus No. 3 Saville Row.

Grant was wonderful and did an absolutely terrific tour. I was the only person signed up to tour on the particular day that I went and had a wonderful time throughout. He was a wealth of knowledge, information and trivia all things The Beatles as well as several other prominent artists/figures of the area that came up while on tour. He was so kind and patient with me to make sure I went home with the Abbey Road crosswalk photo I'd hoped for :) If you're a fan, you'll love this tour; it was one of my favorite activities while in London.

Grant gave such a great tour filled with history regarding the Beatles and London. We went to some sights that I didn't even think about and he did a great job explaining things. He was so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend Grant's tour to anyone because even if you're not a huge Beatles fan, it's still a great way to see more of London. Thanks, Grant!
