The London Eye Entry Ticket

A good way to see the city from heights but for the 20 minutes of viewing I feel it’s very over priced.

The London eye has many great views of the city! It is definitely nice when pressed for time and wanting a good view. I do feel that it was a crowded line but the staff does well to not over crowd the pods.

The Fast track tickets were worth the price. We stepped out of our cab and onto the ride in less than 15 minutes. Great views and nice comfortable pods. A good attraction in London

This was a great experience, certainly something you just have to do in London, make sure you book this one with skip the line or you will be waiting a long time.

Great experience! Highly recommend the champagne experience! Minus one star since the ticket link did not work and I almost missed the tour because they didn’t explain that you have to go to the VIP desk.

Viator did not get me the tickets on time. I had to buy new tickets. Now they are not refunding my original tickets. The London Eye itself was beautiful.

Excellent view and ticketing service very friendly and helpful. We changed were able to change our times with no fuss. Highly Recommended.

It was a really nice experience. I took photos before reaching the eye and also in the eye I was able to capture breathtaking photos . It was a wonderful trip

The London Eye experience is certainly one not to be missed. We had a fabulous time. Location great, but everything is signposted so very easy to find how to get on.

But more importantly the staff were just amazing. My friend had a wheelchair (we had booked a wheelchair ticket) and the staff helped us through and on and off the pod. We cannot thank them enough.

This is a must when traveling to London. Short Queue with tickets. Incredible views of the whole city.

Great photo op but really could have passed on this. No information on what you’re looking at. Didn’t go around… only up a few floors and then back down. I found it expensive (especially with the fast track) for what you get.
Photos were taken by staff as you enter against a simple backdrop screen and when we got off, they funnel you through the sales office/gift shop to try to get you to buy a photoshopped picture. UGH!

The VIP champagne experience was lovely! Skip the line and have a glass of bubbly while viewing the city. Very romantic!

Excellent experience. Well-worth doing this but pay for tickets in advance so can access straight away.
Views are spectacular and result in great opportunities for livery photos.
Definitely worth the investment!

Took a day out in London and started with the London Eye. Travelling with my daughter and 17 years old granddaughter we booked the tickets for 11:00 on Saturday 26th April and the weather wasn't sparkling clear but good enough for a great view. This is probably my third or fourth time on the eye and it's still an outstanding experience. I would recommend buying the tickets in advance because the queuing is not well managed but it was only ten minutes or so. I wait longer for a train. The pods are very stable and you are almost unaware of it's movement as it revolves and stops gently to let people on and off. If you think about how high you are when your pod is at the top you'd never get on but you must do this ride. Nearest tube is Waterloo and the walk is five minutes but the ground can be uneven and steps in some places so a taxi ride is best for those with mobility issues. If you don't know London's layout I would recommend finding a guide/map so you can pick out the Shard, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, BT Tower, Horse guards, St Pauls Cathedral, the Walkie Talkie and all of the multitude of places of interest. Overall it lasts about 30 minutes. Key consideration is pick a clear day when you can see for miles.

WOW!! Very cool. If you are worried about doing this, don't be. You barely feel it moving, there is a bench seat in each gondola and they have great AC in each car too. We did the regular entry ticket. It's really all you need. It took less than 10 minutes to board the Eye on a Friday late afternoon. Great attraction. Can't wait until they build the one in Phoenix. Plus, we bought tickets to the EYE and Madame Tussaud's it was 49 pounds.

The London eye is a good opportunity to take pictures of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament. If you would like to take pictures of the Tower Bridge, book the Shard. The tour takes about 30 min and is good even for people that fear heights. There is a bench in the middle of your bubble, if I can call it so :-). The queue takes about 15 min, in busy times it may be longer. Your ticket with time does not allow you to go to the fast track. You stand the queue even if you have booked an entry for a particular hour. Only purchasing fast track gives you faster access but then it also depends on how many people paid for fast track when you go 😀. The views are nice especially with good weather. At the end there is a photo option but you need to be aware of it or it is a missed opportunity - sort of - in your bubble you are at least 10 people, maybe a bit more. It requires some courtesy to allow all tourists to take their pictures. The staff was not very nice at least not with me.
