By taxi: Tell the driver, “Agapey Chocolate Factory downtown on Hincks Street at the lights.” All taxis know this location. By foot for cruise passengers: walk along the the main oceanfront road (right side). At the traffic lights, we are located on the opposite corner.

Agapey Chocolate Factory

This tasty one hour chocolate tour explores the history and foundations of chocolate as well as the modern chocolate making process. You will be introduced to the chocolate making process from the collection of the cocoa pods during harvest, fermentation, drying, roasting, winnowing, grinding, refining, conching, tempering and more. Your chocolate guide will take you through each of the different stages of the chocolate making process as you sample individual ingredients as well as different types of chocolate in this working factory. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your favorite chocolate at the end of the tour.
