Our experience was fantastic. Our guide and captain were the best. The buffet lunch was very flavorful and great selections. The sunset came perfect.

My fiancé and I had an amazing day on the the catamaran. The service was amazing! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were safe, fed, and always having a good time. Snorkeling wit the nurse sharks and through hol chan was a once in a life time experience. I highly recommend spending the day with this crew!

It was a great experience on the semi private excursion. Our host on Cas Cat on Aug 22 was very informative and professional. We learned new snorkeling techniques from the host. Shark Ray Alley was amazing. Great times.

This was a great adventure. Anna and Claudio were the best hostesses. Very friendly and nice. This was my first time snorkeling and I felt that using the gear could have been explained more. I was having problems breathing through the mouth tube and kept getting salty water in my mouth. Also, the snorkeling part I felt was a bit rushed. We got out in the water and were swimming all around trying to stay near Anna. I missed seeing a lot of things underwater because were had to keep up. Not to mention, other tours boats were in the same spot, so there was many people bumping in to each other and kicking each other. The swimming with the sharks was a bit hurried. We weren’t in the water no more than 10 minutes. The stopping over in Caulker Caye for an hour I thought was unnecessary. It’s already touristy in San Pedro and then to go to another island where it’s just the same, not fun. And the boat ride back to San Pedro should have taken 1 hour tops but instead it took 3+hours. By the time we made it back, I was so ready to get off.

Anna was an amazing guide. Claudio kept us safe as well. Great bartender too. Would definitely recommend this experience to add to your trip. Also the food they served was really good. Anna was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. With every penny. There were 7 of us on the boat. 5 in one group 2 in another. We played music using their Bluetooth and chilled thru the heat. All in all a great time!

I made a huge mistake. I didn’t notice that only 10 of you ignorant idiots gave this situation high marks. So as a rule of thumb. Only patronize businesses that have grater 100 reviews. 2nd, research other reviews from each reviewer in order to get a feel too know if they are trashy and have low standards or,if that reviewer is up to par.

So now, the one star rating. This was supposed to be a semi private trip. We ended up on a small vessel with 8 others. Hole Chan was an absolute mess. There were at least 100 other idiot tourists there in life vests bumping into us and kicking us with their fins. That place is a tourist trap dump. Furthermore, I literally had to tell the guide and some random idiot “guide” from another group that I PAID TO SNORKEL! I did not pay to take a very rushed 2 mile ocean fin swim! That’s another scenario offered elsewhere. So we were super rushed! If I wasn’t skilled in water survival I probably would’ve drowned in 10 feet of water. I was absolutely exhausted from our fin swim!

As for the nurse shark portion. We spent a total of 10 minutes in the water, of maybe 2 minutes were with the sharks after the weak tiny bit of chum the boat operators put out. I was the first in the water. There was no confidence plunge by the boat operators.

Our 3rd stop was caulker island. Definitely an un-needed stop. So in total, we spent just over 1 hour in the water, out of a 6.5 hour trip. Of that 1, we never actually snorkeled. I feel angry and disappointed. I had the option to take another tour that would have been private but, I chose this operation based solely on the opinions of the individuals that obviously have never snorkeled prior to using this group. When you have done something before and it’s your 1st time doing anything. Keep your opinion to yourself! Your ignorance will cause anger and frustration when others follow the dummy.

Finally, when you travel, take the time to get to know the locals, then ask them where they would go.

I had been looking forward to cruising with Catamaran Belize for almost a year. I happened upon this company while hanging out at a local San Pedro bar for New Year's Eve. We saw the catamaran pull in with a group of smiling people getting off. We chatted briefly with the crew about their offerings and were immediately sold on braving the waters with Catamaran Belize!

Armed with two additional friends, we booked the cruise well in advance and then counted down the days. Ana greeted us upon our arrival and welcomed us aboard at the designated meet up time. There was ample seating for the seven passengers. Once we settled, Claudio smoothly led us into the wide open sea! Ana gave us the overview of the day's events, including meal time, offered to play our music through Bluetooth, and then provided us with the beverage of our choice.

As we cruised to the sites, Ana checked back often with us, engaged in meaningful conversation, and readily refilled our designated drink cups. Approaching each site, Ana went over expectations for potential viewing at that site as well as reviewed safeguards.

The food was well-prepared and so delicious. We ran into quite a storm on the way back. Ana escorted us to the rear of the catamaran and then into the cabin to stay dry as Claudio expertly braved the storm. Everything was better than expected thanks to Ana and Claudio! Highly recommended!!

Amazing hospitality, along with amazing views and adventure. Eric was very knowledgeable of the reefs and the captain was a great guy too.
The food was delicious, and the drinks were cold and plentiful. The sunset sail was beautiful.
Caye caulker was a nice little break between the snorkeling and the sunset sail full of friendly people.

We had an amazing time! Hol Chan was amazing and Shark Ray Alley was even better! The open bar/buffet hit the spot and the crew was very attentive and knowledgeable! We had an amazing experience and made great memories! Thank you for having us.

We loved being on the water, the crew and the stops, but the boat is showing its age and they have dark black cushions which just soaked up the heat. The food was less than “premium” and Ho Chan was OK.

Excellent service, amazing experience diving with the nurse sharks. Victor was a great Guide. Overall wonderful, great lunch, enjoyed every minute. A special thanks to the website Admin for immediate response. 5 Star.

Joe and salam were amazing guides and knowledgeable and great spots for sharks tarpon and manatee!! Love the time we spent in the water and the fish were incredible everywhere

This was one of the best excursions my husband and I went on! Well worth the money we spent. We started out around 11AM to snorkel where we saw turtles, eagle rays, sting rays, and a ton of fish. Abelito (funny and knowledgeable) was with us pointing things out and keeping us moving along the reef to see everything. After feeding the nurse sharks we went to Caye Caulker for about an hour. The food they provided on the way to the island was delicious. On the way back we were treated to beautiful sunsets, Ceviche, and more rum drinks. This was the best way to send the day out on the water exploring the reef and islands. The captain was friendly and did such a great job getting us from place to place safely, as well as making sure we captured those gorgeous sunsets.

I would be sure to bring sunscreen as you will be in the sun all day. Bring a waterproof camera or case for those amazing pictures and videos! Bring a change of clothes, possible a light jacket for the evening ride back. It can sometimes get a bit chilly.

I highly recommend this company and would book with them again, it was a fantastic day!

I can’t say enough great things about this tour! The start time was perfect, the food was delicious and they kindly accommodated a dietary restriction; and the drinks were great!!

Our captain was conscientious and it was a slow and pleasant pace.

Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! This is a must do excursion if you want to sleep in and still have a FULL day on the water. Snorkeled, swam with sharks, ate a fantastic lunch prepared by the captain!!! Went to Caye Caulker and spent an hour seeing the cool little island. Cruised back and watched the sun set!!! Perfect day!!!!
