Vancouver and North Shore Grand City Tour with your luggage

It was such an amazing and well-organized tour , the tour guide was so knowledgeable and kind .
I highly recommend this tour.

After a good phone call with the owner, I was not going to write this review. However, my refund was just rejected. Here is my experience with my tour guide.

1) Immediately judged by the tour guide and asked why we came all the way from East coast for a concert. “Why didn’t you do this, why didn’t you do that”

2) Tour guide briefly showed where we were going on his phone then did not speak majority of the tour. 

3) Rushed through the first stops of the tour. We did not even realize we could have gotten out at the olympic sign or near Canada place. Other reviews show pictures of these areas. Our tour guide did not stop. 

4) No passion from tour guide at all, he pointed at a couple of things and gave no history, background information, knowledge or recommendations throughout the entire tour. 

5) Only got out of car for 5 minutes at Stanley park. Tour guide started walking back towards the car after this and rushed us. When we asked to go back and see the totem polls, he said yes then did not go back once in car.

6) Because we were using this tour as something to do to kill time before a flight and also because we rushed through the first stops/ did not stop at all, we requested to go into the suspension bridge. 

6) We spent time at suspension bridge and I even checked in with the tour operator halfway through via text message. He gave no time limits, etc. If he had, we would have obliged. Because he rushed the first half, we wanted to make sure we got our full length of time. Again, he did not even tell us where we were going or how long we would be at any stop so we assumed it is what we make of it and if it takes 7 hours, then that’s fine.

7) Dropped us off in Granville Island with no information and only 45 minutes. We were too far of a walk to get to the markets that we didn’t even know were there until  I searched it myself. We had to go into a restaurant because we were dropped off with no knowledge of where we were. 

8) When asked where we were going next after this, he reported the airport. I became confused because the tour is supposed to last up to 7 hours and we were only at 5 at this point and only made 3 stops. He became argumentative with me even though it was just a question. I recorded this conversation because of how unsafe I felt.

9) Bottom line, he was not a tour guide, he was a chauffeur and a rude one at that. Did not give us anything or a good experience of vancouver. I am not mad about length of tour, but quality of communication.

Our day tour with Arman was absolutely fantastic. From the start, his communication was excellent, making everything seamless. Arman is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much about Vancouver and the history of its landmarks with our group of Aussies.

He was friendly, approachable, and took his time to make sure everyone felt included and informed. Arman was also very accommodating, ensuring we had plenty of time at each stop and even recommending the best spots for photos.

The car was super comfortable, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. If you’re looking for a top-notch tour of Vancouver, we can’t recommend Arman enough!

This was a perfect way to introduce us to Vancouver. Tima was an excellent guide through the city, to west Vancouver, and throughout the greater metropolitan areas. There were many opportunities to take scenic photos. She was very knowledgeable about the historical and present areas around the city. We enjoyed lunch near a thriving bayside shopping and dining area. We were able to conveniently take our cruise luggage with us and be dropped off at the airport.

Everything was perfect. The tour guide knew the city very well and it made our stay a great memory. I suggest you try fishnchips🥰

Very informative. Saw much of Vancouver. Beautiful city. Very comfortable ride. Spent 6 hours. Had a lovely lunch. I would use this tour company again!

The tour was fantastic. Hamed was a great tour guide. He knew the city and its history and answered the many questions that we had as asked throughout the tour. If back in Vancouver I surely would use his company again.

This was an amazing tour. Hamed did a great job touring all of Vancouver and stopping for a quick bite of lunch. The option to include our Luggage (for six people) was a deal breaker as we had a 13 hour wait after our cruise ship docked.

The guide was extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of the tour. He took us to very different locations and places where we could walk and experience the sights and cultures.

The is a very extensive tour of Vancouver and surrounding areas. The trip provides an excellent driver and tour guide with many years experience. The Mercedes van was so roomy and comfortable. We had just left a cruise and had all of our luggage with us. This tour is about the only one that handles the luggage and takes you to the airport afterwards.
