Kingston Bike Tours

My sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our bike tour with Jeff. We hadn't ridden for a while but Jeff put us at ease with the bikes first.
Jeff has a very detailed knowledge of Kingston which we found very interesting and engaging. Kingston is stunning and the route Jeff took us on was beautiful and gave us a really good taste of all that Kingston had to offer. Looking at Kingston by bike was so enjoyable.
I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and would do it again when I'm in Kingston. My teenaged sons are not easily impressed but they really enjoyed the tour and haven't stopped talking about it since. Thank you so much Jeff.

My favorite part about this tour was the stories! Jeff is the best kind of historian - the story-telling kind. He paints word-pictures that make you feel like you've been transported back in time. He speaks of historical events as if he were recounting them first-hand, all the while never compromising the facts. He respects history. It's also inspiring how he brings you to an appreciation of the city's architecture. He reveals how the mortar, brick, stone and architects of the homes and monuments weave together to make up the fabric of the city. He casually draws out the rich history, juicy details and unknown tidbits of nice but, otherwise, unassuming buildings hiding in plain view. He's also super nice and humble and really cares about you.

I highly recommend Kingston Bike Tours ! This was such a fun way to stay active and explore Kingston. Our tour guide Jeff was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely a very enjoyable way to spend an afternoon!

I would highly recommend this tour of Kingston. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the history of Kingston providing not only historical facts but interesting stories. The tour was relaxed and fun, even for a non-biker.

This was a fun experience whilst being very informative. Geoff who was our guide, made us feel comfortable and safe whilst riding around the city.

Jeff provided us with an excellent and thorough bike tour throughout Kingston. We learned a great deal of history, and saw many sites. He is a wonderful story teller, so the whole tour was very entertaining. The bike tour was nicely paced with no difficult biking sections (one wee hill!). We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon.

This experience exceeded expectations. If you are interested in history you will enjoy this tour! Our guide Jeff was personable, attentive, prepared and very knowledgeable on the sights and landmarks he took us to see. It was a beautiful day to bike around parts of Kingston we would never have seen, learning the history and offering a foundation of information for future visits. The bicycles were in prime condition, easy to ride and the seats very comfortable. We were even provided a bottle of water! Highly recommend this experience !

Every city I visit I try to take a tour, and this is a good one. good combination of history and humour and some insight into local politics. Kingston has a surprising number of old buildings in great shape.

This is a must for all first time visitors or if you just wish to know more about this historic city. Jeff is extremely knowledgable, full of interesting anecdotal stories and suggestions to help make your stay a memorable one. This worthwhile tour is by no means an arduous ride as Jeff, I’m sure, skilfully tapers it to his current clientele and their abilities.

If you do one thing in Kingston I would recommend this bike tour! My husband I went on the tour and found it really fun and interesting. Jeff took us on a 2 hour tour of Kingston and told us all about Kingston, past and present. The bikes are comfortable and easy to ride and Jeff is very kind and engaging. Of all the things we did on our overnight mini vacation, this was by far our favourite part of our trip!

Myself and my son went on the tour this week. It was excellent. So good to be able to do it now Covid restrictions have eased. Jeff was very knowledgable and the bikes were comfortable to use. You don’t need to be a committed cyclist to enjoy this experience.

Great way to spent an afternoon. Jeff was very knowledgable about Kingston. You see a lot in two hours whilst going at a relaxing pace which was really nice. A must do.

This is a must when visiting Kingston. The ride is leisurely and Jeff is full of historical facts. We really enjoyed this!!
