1. Service reservation: • The client books the transportation service from the airport to their hotel and vice versa through viator, 2. Reservation confirmation: • Once the reservation is made, the customer receives a confirmation that includes service details such as pickup time, reservation number, vehicle type and total cost. 3. Arrival at the airport: • The client arrives at the airport on the date and time agreed for their arrival flight. Once you have collected your luggage, you go to the designated area for shuttle services, which may be in the arrivals area or at a specific location outside the terminal. 4. Meeting with the driver: • Our driver waits for the client in the designated area with a sign that bears his name with the company logo. The customer can easily recognize the driver and proceed to introduce himself. 5. Reservation verification: • The driver verifies the customer's reservation by requesting the reservation number or the customer's name. Once the reservation is confirmed, the driver helps the client with their luggage and escorts them to the assigned vehicle. 6. Transfer to the hotel: • The client and the driver go to the assigned vehicle. The driver loads the luggage into the vehicle and makes sure the client is comfortable before beginning the transfer to the hotel. 7. Safe and comfortable trip: • During the trip, the driver follows traffic rules and ensures the customer's safety at all times. You can also provide useful information about the area, activity suggestions, or answer questions the client may have about their destination. 8. Arrival at the hotel: • Once they arrive at the hotel, the driver helps the client get out of the vehicle and unload their luggage. If necessary, the driver can accompany the client to the hotel reception to ensure smooth check-in and proper accommodation. 9. Farewell and termination of service: • After ensuring that the customer is comfortable in the hotel, the driver politely says goodbye and wishes him a pleasant stay.
