Ford Model T Tour

We did this tour at the start of October. Rafael confirmed a couple of days before confirming where the pick up was and timings - which was good. Easy to find the tour. We were 2 in a bigger party of 6 - so 3 cars came along and went in convoy. We stopped at regular intervals either to hear a bit of history from Rafael or to see some sights. We stopped off for a Margherita around town - which was nice. Very well organised and much enjoyed.

The car was fun, but the actual tour was lacking. Only went to 4 sites and there was little to no commentary while driving.

Had such a fun time with Rafael! He was able to tailor our tour to what we wanted to do! Driving around in the Model T turned heads. What a fun unique experience !

Our driver Rafael was super nice and friendly. He was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us a great tour. He showed us the while city, not just the tourists areas. He gave us options as to what he could show us and let us explore places at our own pace. He even paused the tour so I could take my daughter horseback riding on the beach. He provided us with dining recommendations including some of the local's favorites. Definitely wouldn't of got this kind of experience going with one of the cruise ship packages and definitely a better value.

It was our first time in Ensenada and this was a fun short tour to go on if you don't have much time. Rafael, the owner, was a great tour guide. He texted me a few days before to let me know where the meet up point was. My friend and I were coming off of a cruise and if you are too, give yourself some time to walk towards the meeting point. He was 15 minutes early and came around the corner honking the old school horn! We immediately knew this was going to be a fun tour. Our first stop was by the beach where you can go horse back riding. We opted not to ride horses and Raphael helped take our photos. We weren't big drinkers so he was able to change the itinerary for us and took us to a street vendor that he recommended that had amazing fish tacos, shrimp tacos, and chimichangas. It WAS DELICIOUS. The street vendor was so kind and helpful too. Would definitely recommend! As Raphael drove around, he would give us information and history about the area while driving. We went to Centro Social Cívico Cultural Riviera de Ensenada to have a margarita at Bar Andaluz and take a look around where it used to be a hotel and casino. Next stop we asked if we could go souvenir shopping so Raphael drove us through the downtown area where the shops were and showed us another shopping area where the prices were a bit less expensive than on the Main Street. He was able to drop us off at any location requested so we went souvenir shopping. Make sure to bring some cash if you're going to purchase food, drinks, souvenirs! Overall, a fun short tour and Raphael was friendly, helpful, funny, made us feel safe, and I appreciated his flexibility. My only suggestion is needing a bit more time to enjoy the margaritas, food, and shopping so we're not pressed for time, so if the tour was 3 hours instead of 2.5, I think that would have been perfect. We had so much fun driving around! Learned some back history of Ensenada while kids got to run around. Plus shopping and eating. Something for everyone.

Our driver was very knowledgeable and took us to interesting spots. We got to sample margaritas, wine, and local street tacos. We did not feel rushed and he was able to drop us off where we wanted to. It was a good way to sample the city as we were traveling with a child. Would recommend!

Rafael is the best! I injured myself the night before and he was super accommodating. He showed us around while giving us really good information about the history of Ensenada. He was super patient and gave us a great food recommendation where locals go. He made our one day Ensenada stop a great experience. Came with my boyfriend and when I come with my family next time I will definitely book again.

We had a great tour guide. He let us take pics and stop and get out a lot. It was very comfortable and such an experience. A great tour for the price and an experience. If you do not drink alcohol you might be a little bored but the sites are worth it. I felt very safe as well.

Fun activity and friendly staff. Our carivan of little cars visited local highlights of Ensenada, but the vehicles range and speed limited what you were able to see in the one hour tour. Our tour highlights were the beach, Riviera Hotel, winery (in-town), drive-by of Hussong's Cantina and drop-off in main shopping area. I thought the cost was a little high for the limited time tour. Overal we enjoyed it and would recommend it to friends.

Rafael was the absolute BEST tour guide I have ever had! We were able to customize our tour according to what our interests were and he even arranged a private Mezcal tasting when the tequila museum was closed the day we arrived. Afterward, when we were hungry, he took us off the beaten tourist path to an authentic taco stand with, hands down, the best fish tacos I have ever tasted! I fully recommend this tour company each and every time you come to Ensenada- he can make every visit unique and different! You won't be dissapointed!

What a fun and personal tour! Got to see a side of ensenada I never new, got to visit the birth place of the margarita and had the best fish taco I've ever had in my life! Recommend this for anyone wanting to get to know the beautiful city of ensenada!

We had a great time! The communication was excellent. Our tour was great and custom, he took us to some really cool secret places he also has tour vehicles that fit up to 5people. Check it out you won’t be disappointed!

Our tour guide gave us individual attention and took us to find nice gifts. The model T replica cart came complete with an old-fashioned horn (ah-oooooo-gah) to greet people along the route. It was fun. He took us to a local beach and the historic building as well as through the shopping district.
