Museo Frida Kahlo
"Viva la vida", is the phrase Frida painted inside a watermelon in her last painting... days before her death in 1954. Through this experience we will make sense of the art and life of this wonderful woman: fashion icon, painter, poet, romantic, passionate, bisexual, feminist, and completely avant garde in her time. This tour takes us far beyond what has been written about Frida and Diego, it is to live the experience of taking her skin, her pain, and her passion and get closer to her work, her life, her origin, understand and connect with each symbolism in the house that saw her birth and death by the hand of an art specialist. We will enter the heart and mind of Frida Kahlo by meeting the important characters that marked her history (mainly Diego Rivera, Juan O'Gorman, and Leon Trotsky, and without leaving aside: her family, lovers, and friends). Each of the spaces we will visit on this tour will leave us with a warm heart and an open mind. The tour you will never forget.
