Private Tour in Mexico City - Best Rated

We were told 10 minutes before the start of the tour that the guide couldn’t make it, and that the tour had to be cancelled. Did get a refund, but it adversely impacted our plans.

Eric was a wonderful guide. He gave us a great tool of the city with history and hot spots. Spoke English very well and was very knowledgeable.

Erick is a terrific guide, and we'd highly recommend this tour to those wanting a good overview of the historic center. This was our first tour as we were getting oriented in Mexico City. Erick showed us many of the key buildings and places in Zocalo. His stories animated each stop along the way. Erick welcomed all of our questions, and his warm personality made the day memorable. These guys are fraud no one turned up and no was picking the phone . Pls confirm how my refund will happen

The guide didn't show up. We even tried to contact (using phone call and whatsapp) "Free Tour Mexico City" at the number provided. No reply there as well.

This walking tour through historic Mexico City is fantastic. Our guide, Erick, had so much knowledge about the sites, history and culture of Mexico. He went above and beyond answering our questions and explaining anything we wanted to know more about.

Our tour guide did not even show up when I booked a private tour for 2 at 11:00 am. I received a message at 8:30 am saying he can’t show up with no reason given.

We were very pleased with this tour. Ivan was on time, spoke great English, and provided us with a lot of interesting information. He conducted the tour starting at the end of the ruins so there were fewer people, which was helpful. We would recommend this tour whole heartedly.

Guide never showed up. We called but the phone was disconnected. Called Viator who also called the company and found the same - phone disconnected. Viator sent an email to the company and said we may receive a refund pending their investigation. That is the last we heard, before receiving this request for a review.

cancelled on me morning of the tour saying there was no guide. i was told they were going to take care of the full refund but this was seemingly another lie. 10/10 would not recommend.

Do not book this tour. The guide was a no-show and the company has refused to refund us. They did not respond to phone calls or WhatsApp messages while we were waiting and looking for the guide, or afterwards. It is a scam.

The tour guide did not show up. Only after we asked, the operator told us that the tour was cancelled because of health issues. We were not contacted beforehand.
Although I can understand a cancellation because of health issues (if it is true) it was really annoying: We lost a lot of time waiting and then replanning the whole day.
The tour got refunded four days later.

Eric was very nice polite friendly ontime and Super knowledgeable about the history and area along with recommendations for local foods spots shops, museums and more. Highly recommended!

Our tour guide, Erick, was awesome. The information he provided was very interesting. He took time to answer our questions and gave us tips to make the most out of our visit of Mexico City.

There was no confirmation sent out regarding the tour whatsoever. On the day of our tour (2 hrs before our tour), our tour guide canceled the tour due to his health condition. I understand that unexpected situations occur. The problem I have is that there was no confirmation regarding our tour sent out and the tour operator was not very responsive. Very unprofessional. Please be aware that communication with the tour operator is almost impossible. I hope that you don't have to go through this.
