Half-Day Snorkeling Tour

This tour is absolutely fabulous! Staff and crew are so friendly and helpful, I’ll definitely do this tour again when I come back !!!

This was our second excursion with Mike’s. It’s a fun time and the crew are incredibly nice. We highly recommend!

We had a great time! It was relaxing and beautiful! You can’t drink until after the snorkel, which I understand so people aren’t drunk in the water. There were only 10 of us so that was amazing. The lunch was great! I was so surprised how good it was! The chef made 4 different ceviche and sandwiches. The whole experience was great. The crew was fun too!

My only complaint is Viator said the meeting time is 8:45 but we didn’t actually check in until 9:15 so I could’ve slept longer. But being there that early gives you time to buy last minute items and buy your port ticket, which is only $2 USD.

I really enjoyed this snorkeling trip- fun for the whole family. We even brought our 2 year old. The boat is super clean, service was excellent and the food is fantastic. We got to see a lot of fish and play in the water.

Note that they don’t have life jackets for children under 4 years old.

Snorkeling south of Puerto Vallarta near arches half day from Paradise Village. They DO NOT supply foot fins, just mask and snorkel. You will spend most of your energy fighting the current instead of enjoying fish viewing. Staff has fins agreeably to rescue if needed. Would suggest bringing your own or forget snorkeling. Nice boat ride with time to kayak and jump off top deck of catamaran after. Good food, had mahi-mahi ceviche. They give you drink during game then smart ass crew member Eddie calls you baracho (Drunk) thinking you don’t understand language.

Our small group did a half day snorkeling tour with lunch and bar service. The crew was great! Funny, friendly, attentive!
Los Arcos is worth the trip, even if you don’t get off the boat, but you are really missing out if you don’t get in the water.
The boat ride is super, the views of Puerto Vallarta spectacular.
A marvelous way to spend part of day. I would highly recommend this tour with Mike’s.

We loved both the snorkeling at Los Arcos and the watersports offered at Mismaloya beach. We have to give a special shoutout to Alondra. We were being picked up at Puerto Magico and Alondra was our guide. Normally, she would have stayed with us for about 15 minutes but the snorkeling boat was unable to enter the marina because a Carnival Cruise ship was docking and took most of an hour to do so. Alondra stuck by our side that entire time so we wouldn't get lost or waste time. Since it was end of season, the number of passengers was small so we got lots of personal attention from the crew. Of all the snorkeling trips I have been on, this is the one where the mask fit perfectly! Also liked the way we wore our life jackets, which made it easy to look down at the fish and not go backwards. We enjoyed the breakfast and lunch provided.

We went on a boat tour and scuba diving today. The crew were amazing and very professional. We had breakfast, lunch and drinks in the boat. It was an amazing experience. The next trip to Mexico, we will be booking again. I highly recommend them. The marina was walking distance from the Occidental where we stayed which was nice. We had a great time!

I went today and had Ricky as our tour guide, him and all the staff aboard were nothing short of incredible. They provided us with a fantastic experience. If I come back to Mexico I definitely will be booking more things such as whale watching and hoping it’s these guys that run it !

We went today for a scuba diving trip. It was an amazing experience. We had Ricky as our guide. He and all the staff aboard the boat were fantastic. They always kept us informed of what was happening, they always checked in to see if we needed anything, and gave us an incredible day that me and my family will talk about for years to come. Probably our favourite part of our trip. We want to comeback next year and see what else they have to offer.

We enjoyed swimming through the cave at Los Arcos and taking part in water sports at Mismaloya. All the equipment fit very well and the staff was great with one on one help!

The snorkeling was rushed and currents were strong so I didn't really enjoy that part. The crew was great, food was amazing. And whale watching was a bonus.
What they don't tell you is that there is a horseback riding option at the other end, price was reasonable and I hear it took you to a tiny village where there was amazing waterfalls. Unfortunately we thought it was all included so didn't take any cash.

Had an excellent time with group on the tour. The staff were excellent and very accommodating. The boat was not overcrowded which is great to hear as other operators we heard of our way to many people on a boat. Lastly the food was so good... Usually can't get that great of food on these tours. Highly recommend Mike's!!!!

Second time and even more fun the time. Whales showed up for them. Great explanations as to what was happening. Went with over 80 folks on the Grand Canuwa. Good time had by all!
