Private shuttle service between Cancun Airport and Hotel Barceló Maya. Our private shuttle ensures a comfortable and hassle-free trip between Cancun International Airport and Hotel Barceló Maya, available in Arrival, Departure or Round Trip options. Upon arrival, a Travelfy representative will be waiting to meet you and guide you to the vehicle, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start to your stay. For your return to the airport, we will coordinate your hotel lobby pickup in advance, providing you with a punctual and secure transfer that will allow you to arrive in time for your flight. • If the OPTION selected is ARRIVAL or ROUND TRANSPORT: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked “Transport and Taxis” or “Shuttle and Taxis.” A Travelfy representative will be waiting to welcome you and accompany you to the vehicle. Your transport will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight has landed. • If the OPTION selected is EXIT or ROUND TRANSPORT: One day before your flight, we will confirm your pick-up time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid setbacks, we suggest you be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the set time.

- Our services operate from 8:00 to 20:00 hrs. If your arrival or departure is outside these hours, please contact us to confirm availability.
- The service is private and exclusive; all passengers must arrive on the same flight and schedule. Transport to different terminals is not allowed.
- Departure: Your driver will be waiting for you in the lobby. To avoid setbacks, be ready a few minutes early, as the waiting time is only 15 minutes after the confirmed time.
- Arrival: Your transport will be ready 20 minutes after your flight landing and you can wait up to 60 minutes after your arrival.
