Suv departures from Playa del Carmen to Cancun Airport

Amazing service provided by Javier. He arrived promptly and gave me explicit instructions on where to meet. We also had great conversation on the way to Tulum. I look forward to my next trip!

We were picked up on time and treated with the highest of service. Both guys were great! I will definitely use them again the next time we’re in Mexico! No other way to travel!!

We used STP company for a one way trip from the airport to playa del Carmen where our resort is located and we were so intrigued and satisfied with the service, vehicle and exceptional comfort that we actually booked a round trip transportation. Alfredo was our driver for departure to the airport. The ride is about 45mins to an hour but it felt shorter due to Alfredo talking about the Mexican culture and history of certain specific questions we asked but also making a lot of jokes that were hilarious. When we come back I am definitely booking with STP again.

There was an issue where our flight number did not got sent correctly to STP. Upon arrival we met with a representative from the company and they had us coming in four hours later. They quickly arranged transport for us and got us to our resort. Very much appreciated how they handled it and will definitely use this company again!

Driver was on a time limit, not due to us but to another “booking/Pick he had”.
Driver was rude, didnt even play any music on the drive back and speed the entire way to the Airport.
I didnt mind but The driver needs to be aware that I paid for my trip and he made it seem like me and my fiance were just a trip in the middle of his day. I didnt like him.

The service limo though was great

The company needed more money to get us to our destination. They quoted us $85. They took $96.94 from my card. It was a disaster. They then told the driver to pull over to an atm to get cash and they would “refund the money on the card.” We will never use this company again. Worst beginning to our vacation. :(

STP was a wonderful company to work with. Communication when arriving to Cancun was excellent and SUV was immaculate and stocked with refreshing drinks. We had to change our departure to a day earlier and STP, specifically Octavio, was amazing in changing our reservation and getting us back to the Cancun airport in style and on time. Highly recommend this company for your Cancun/Play Del Carmen transportation needs.

The ride was fantastic from start to finish! Driver Xavier Herrera was kind, courteous and professional on all levels. Xavier was out front with a moist towel, and a spotless SUV inside and out. Señor Herrera was talkative and informative, and a kind person to get to know all while driving myself back to the airport. The beer was cold, the water was a perfect touch. Highly recommend this man I know what company and who I want to drive me anytime I’m in Cancun!

I used this company to get from the ferry in Playa to the Cancún airport. The driver, Juan, was on time and very personable. Other than a couple of traffic issues all went smoothly with the trip! I would use STP Caribe again!

Used STP caribe for transportation from Playa del Carmen to Cancun airport. Juan Daniel picked us up on time. I had wanted to change the pick up time and they were very prompt about getting back to me to assure us that we could be picked up earlier. Car was clean and well air conditioned. I would recommend STP Caribe, Alex and Juan Daniel again.
