What You Will Do

Sunset Submarine Adventure is an unmissable experience for Cozumel visitors, where they have the opportunity to discover the mysterious and captivating atmosphere of the ocean depths just as daylight begins to set. During the adventure, they will dive to more than 30 meters deep under the sea and take a tour of the spectacular natural scenery of the Chankanaab reef, which is part of the Mesoamerican Reef System; one of the largest living structures on the planet; they will also visit the famous "wall" of Cozumel, with a drop of 600 meters and which delimits the island; to finish, they will see the largest sunken ship in the area, the Felipe Xicotencátl, which will enrich the life of this protected natural area, with the aim of preserving it for future generations.

  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Suitable for all physical fitness levels
  • For safety, participants must be able to climb up and down 12 steps, independently, to access the submarine; handrails are available.
  • For safety reasons, in the case of children, the minimum height required is 90cm and 4 years old.
  • They are considered children from the age of 4 to 16. Infants are not accepted.
  • Access is required with comfortable clothing and shoes. Access in swimsuits and/or barefoot is not permitted.
  • Only 1 personal item such as a small handbag or backpack is allowed, and it must fit on your lap. Dimensions must not exceed 45 x 35 x 20 cm.
  • Tour operation subject to permissible weather conditions
  • Atlantis Submarines Cozumel reserves the right to refuse admission in the event of adverse conditions affecting the safety of each of its passengers.
  • In case of not following and/or not complying with the indicated safety instructions, the passenger will not be allowed to continue with the activity and no refund applies.
  • All participants must pay their entrance fee and the marine park tax.
