Round-trip Private Transfer Cancun Airport to TULUM Downtown

I Would like to share our recent experience with Topklass on a trip to Tulum. The setup, pick up and drop off was seamless. But that’s not what I want to report, it’s was the trip from Tulum back to Cancun airport that left me compelled to do my 1st review ever. There there was a demonstration that happened on our final day and we were all trapped from getting out and potential to miss flights and be left stranded with no accommodation. I was contacted by topklass and kept in the loop with the events as they unfolded and we worked together looking for options to get to Cancun. This proved to be impossible but the lines of communication stayed open and the replies were instant which helped us plan with somewhat less stress. In the end our driver made it through and quickly got us to the airport on time. We were so grateful it turned out this way but understood we may have had to find accommodations and new flights. Topklass can’t make a miracle happen but their clear communication and willingness to help find a solution left our group more than impressed!

Used the round trip service from airport and to xcaret hotel and tulum. Daniel communicated throughout the whole process. It was our first time going to Cancun so we didn't know what to expect. Daniel will send you driver info with picture, car license plate and where to meet them. Daniel was responsive and pleasant to talk to even after making changes to my trip twice. Will definitely use them again if I go back.

Impressed by the ease and professionalism. Gabriel was punctual, professional, and friendly. Our experiences with TopKlass Travel were excellent and seamless. Pick up at the airport after our flight was delayed 4 hours; transfer to a different location the second half of our trip, and transfer back to the hotel. All 3 drivers arrived early, were friendly and professional, and excellent drivers.

TopKlass was an excellent company to deal with for our transfer of 4 people. They were on time. Daniel kept us up to date when the drivers would be arriving. Once the drivers arrived, they contacted us via WhatsApp advising where they are located. I definitely would use them again if we were to come back to Mexico

Daniel contacted us 1 or 2 days prior to arriving to make sure everything was still a go. Omar (the driver) was awesome. He contacted us when our flight landed. Where to meet him once we get through the airport doors. Introduced himself very professionally when we met outside. Very informative about mexico and what to expect cause we weren't accustomed to seeing armed police at every intersection. He explained that this was for your protection and that there is nothing to fear. So that put our minds at ease. Overall we had an awesome experience using Topklass as our private transport. Highly recommended

Daniel and team were so great! After reading the great reviews, I decided to give them a shot for our group of 14. We needed transport from Riviera Maya to Tulum for dinner one evening. Not only were the prices reasonable, but Daniel was so responsive via whatsapp and both drivers were on-time. It worked out really well and I'll definitely use their services again when I need transfers in the area again. Definitely recommend!

The driver was very polite and helpful. The trip to Tulum was perfect from a driving perspective and he explained everything to us and also took care of buying the tickets.

The trip was ok that the next day we booked them to take us to some Cenotes and for a swim with the turtles.
