What You Will Do

If you like nature, this is a tour that you cannot miss, we will find a biodiversity of outdoor flora and fauna that you will love. We will begin our tour by visiting the canal basin in Gamboa, where we will board a boat to tour Gatun Lake, one of the largest lakes in the world, which was built for ships to cross in the Canal. Many mountains were converted into islands and one of them is Mono Island, where we will observe birds, sloths, monkeys, cats, and mountains. You will have the opportunity to be very close to tamarin monkeys, one of the smallest of their species, howler monkeys, and spider monkeys.

On our tour, you will have the opportunity to marvel at iconic landmarks such as the Miraflores Locks, where we will make a stop to see the facilities and see how the ships work, then we will pass through the Pedro Miguel Locks and the Centenario Bridge and then go to the Gamboa dredging area. But the most exciting thing will be sailing through the majestic Gatun Lake. Admission is not included and costs USD 17.50 per person.
