Awesome. We booked a sunset sail with Matt and his beautiful boat on our recent trip to LA. The trip was as advertised. Matt was very communicative before the sail and very welcoming and accommodating during. Everything was as advertised, would do again. Highly recommend.

Great trip with Matthew. He was extremely accommodating and communicated well with us. His boat is great and the 530-730pm time was beautiful! He was great with our young kiddos too and they had an absolute blast:) (5&6year old) We would highly recommend!

Did not get what i paid for, the ad states a trip to Santa Monica and Malibu, but in fact we did not even reached Santa monica peer.
in addition i was charged for tax and fees $165 for no reason for any fees , while tax is 9.5% in california, and the charge amount was not mentioned during the booking.

We had the most amazing cruise with Captain Matthew! He easily accommodated our group of 6 and was such an amazing host, to boot. Not only did he start our ride a little early, to give us a little more time, but he gave us a lively tour of the coast and even went out of his way to sail along with jumping dolphins for us.

Once in a lifetime experience! Thank you!

I had the most amazing. My husband and daughter surprised me with this wonderful 40th birthday gift, of selling away for a few hours. It was perfect! The weather was beautiful, and the selling ride was smooth. The guy made us a wonderful charcuterie snack. And gave us the best wine. and the selling ride was smooth. I was in bliss ❤️

I booked this sailing adventure for Father’s Day. What we experienced was beyond our expectations. Matthew (our captain) was so pleasant and knowledgeable! He made this adventure one of the most memorable for all of us! We were a party of 6 and we all left feeling enchanted! Matthew made a point to find dolphins for us to see and he let our 10 year old sail the boat all the way back to the marina, our son was amazed! We booked the trip in the evening time and were able to catch the most amazing sun set. Over all, this was an adventure we will cherish forever. We are already planning our next one to see the whale during whale season. Please do not hesitate, this is well worth your money!

Fantastic late afternoon/evening on the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Matthew is an excellent Captain and his sailboat is a beauty.

Amazing adventure for all ages! Captain is very personable and knowledgeable. Beautiful boat which is easily traversed to take in all the panoramic views. Our goal was to see marine life … and our trip became an over the top success when our Captain found not only dolphins, not only a pod of dolphins, but a SUPERPOD of dolphins!!! Over 100 and we ended up right in the middle of them!!! It was an experience of a lifetime!!!!

This was an amazing experience. It was just my wife and I as we wanted a peaceful and quiet experience.
Captain Mancini is extremely professional and super nice. The sail boat is beautiful as well.

We had a very relaxing time, very peaceful and drank our rose and ate the snacks the captain made us (which were delicious).

Captain Mancini was awesome! Visiting from Texas on a Sister Trip… he made the final leg of our adventure truly amazing. I will be sharing my experience with all of my friends and family for their future trips to the area to definitely sail with Capt. Mancini!

We loved our sailing trip with Captain Mancini last weekend; it was smooth sailing, literally and figuratively! We saw sea lions, commorants, pelicans, dogs on paddle boards and other fun sights. The hors d’oeuvres and rose were delicious. A great way to see LA!

The Prima Stella is a steady sloop, and we (two of us) had a quiet and calm sail with light winds. The summer breeze, the salt air and a lulling sea made for a serene afternoon

Our party of 6 had a great time and Captain Mancini was absolutely wonderful both as Captain & host. The hors d’oeuvres were super tasty and his nautical skills top notch! The boat was comfortable and offered a great deck w/bean bag at bow and a very relaxing and roomy stern. 



The additional fees not being clearly identified prior to purchase caused a little bit of confusion when organizing our group...



Would have been helpful to be aware of the amount of the additional taxes, surcharge & boarding fees “due at dock” prior to the package purchase, so will just note their breakdown here:



For 2 hours, 6 people or less = TOTAL add’l $140 due day of sail. ($100 docking fee + $40 taxes)



For 3 hours, 6 people or less = TOTAL add’l $369 due day of sail. ($140 same as above for first two hours + $229 taxes/surcharge for the extra hour**).



**The extra taxes for third hour is apparently calculated by the state of CA on a per person basis sliding scale.



Recommended you check with Captain Mancini beforehand if you have any questions regarding extra fees. But this is what he relayed to me. 



Overall, was a very fun trip and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day! Great dolphin and seal watching!

The experience was truly great! Very relaxing and definitely therapeutic. Also, Matthew is an interesting guy and one heck of a good sailor! As well as a thoughtful host. We will be happy to schedule a repeat in the near future. We highly recommend this experience to anyone feeling strung out from too much travel or from other stresses.
