What's Not Included?

  • Gratuities 20% is due before pick-up. An additional invoice will be provided by the Supplier
  • Additional stops - $25(per stop) is due before Pick-Up and must be paid directly to the Supplier
  • For oversized luggage, $10 per Item is due before Pick-Up and must be paid directly to the Supplier
  • Early Pick-Up Fee $25 (12am-6:30 am) is due before Pick-Up and must be paid directly to the Supplier
  • Late Pick-Up Fee $25 (9pm-11:59pm) is due before Pick-Up and must be paid directly to the Supplier.
  • Meet & Greet - $45.00 is due before Pick-Up and must be paid directly to the Supplier
  • For excessive luggage over 50 Lbs, please inquire before booking

Applicable fees are included except gratuity, which you will provide at the time of booking. A gratuity invoice will be sent to you from the vendor directly via email. Arrivals: We use an online flight tracker, Flight View, to check your flight status every ten minutes to ensure an on-time pickup. Our chauffeurs are experts in the Bay Area and are happy to provide recommendations. Our goal is to make sure you have a pleasant, safe, and memorable trip. Arrival options: Curbside Pick-Up – after arriving at the airport, call us, and a chauffeur will pick you up within five minutes. Meet-and-Greet Service – our chauffeur will meet you with a sign inside the airport and assist with your luggage(an additional fee may apply). Complimentary Wait Policy: 30-minute complimentary wait on all domestic arrivals from gate arrival time 45-minute complimentary wait on all international arrivals from gate arrival time After this complimentary time is exceeded, wait time will be billed in half an hour increments.
