Full-Day Electric Bike Rental

We were on a mother daughter mid week getaway and did the bike rental and self guided tour. Napa Valley Bike Rentals made everything so easy! The bikes were super comfortable and nice; the self guided map and their recommendations for which wineries to book and how long we should estimate being out on the paths was spot on. Bouchon lunch was delivered at our winery of choice for lunch (delicious picnic!), our wine was picked up for us, and honestly, we had the best time!

Love Yountville, The Napa Valley Bike Rental was right across the street from our hotel... how convenient. My friend and I wanted to go out a bit farther in Yountville to a couple wineries and also enjoy the scenery, not wanting to drink and drive, e-bike was the way to go. So much fun!. The people who work there were very helpful and personable.

I had called previously to inquire if and when I should make reservations for 2 e-bikes. I was told, it was highly recommended to make reservations 2 weeks in advance of your arrival and that would be sufficient. Online on their website I rented the bikes for a day (pick up anytime after 8:30 a.m., drop off by 5 p.m.) I had 2 tastings reserved that day at 11:30 and the other at 1:30 and then take the scenic ride back to the bike shop by 5:00. We picked up the bikes at 10:30 knowing that we had to set up bike, give more info. etc... you get a map, helmet and lock. Note: if you happen to have bike gloves, it helps alot, more comfortable and warmer. We ended up riding 22 miles that day stopping at 2 wineries and enjoying a ride back, we did a full circle.

So Fun! A must do!

My husband and I rented some road bikes to ride from downtown Napa to Yountville. The Napa Valley Vine Trail is flat and easy to navigate. I am not much of a cyclist and I had a good time. My husband is a cyclist and he enjoyed the trip as well. The bikes were in good condition and available upon arrival. The Napa store is right next to the Vine Trail. We were able to leave the bikes at their Yountville site while we walked around Yountville. Overall, a very nice experience..

The best customer service in the world. These guys were helpful, knowledgeable, provide us with a map of the best rides. The bikes were well maintained, easy to ride and very responsive. I would highly recommend renting from them.

Great experience renting from them. The online booking and waiver process was so easy. The in-store staff was professional, friendly and knowledgable. This was our first time on E-bikes, they they made the whole experience stress-free. Gave great directions and detailed instructions on navigating our way down to Napa from Yountville. The bike ride itself was easy and interesting—highly recommend!

Great experience - service was terrific, bikes were of high quality, got helmets locks and maps. All their tips were right on like considering renting in Yountville if most of your time will be spent there, difficulty of fighting north wind while returning, and less desirable trail stretch in more thickly settled Napa.

No problems and staff were accommodating and friendly. Bikes were nicely maintained. However, at over $200 for two e-bike rentals, very expensive and way overpriced.

Super smooth rental process! The bikes were so fun! The electric option allows you a scenic ride without breaking a sweat. The reservation includes a helmet and the bikes have small bags on the front to hold your small personal items (keys, phones, etc). Super friendly staff! Would highly recommend!

The welcome could not have been nicer, Doug was wonderful at the front desk — gave us brief, helpful instructions and maps, even took great photos of us before we headed off. The bikes were reliable and in great shape. We will definitely be back!
