I used Another Side of San Diego for a variety of excursions for an corporate group we hosted in San Diego and there were fantastic! Kenneth was extremely responsive from the start and flexible with our changes all the way up to the day of the event! Onsite, Jeff and Patrick were great tour guides, they elevated the experiences for the group. I can not recommendation them enough and hope to use them again in other markets!

The San Diego Tour is just wonderful. I learned so much about San Diego.
I would not have been able to drive and see all those places on my own.
I have to return back, so I can spend several days at Balboa Park.

This tour offers a fun way to see the highlights of the city. It was so much fun, too! I would recommend doing it at the beginning of your trip, and then you can decide were you want to revisit to spend more time. I highly recommend!

I canceled another tour to hire this one. The addional cost was so worth it. That is why value is a five star. Judy was Awsome tour leader with energy, humor and attention to detail.
She take time to answer all your questions. Highly recommend

Our driver and tour guide, Judy was excellent. She made sure we got to see what was important to us and was a great source of information. I recommend this tour as a great way to see the San Diego highlights. I would definitely take it again.

This was the highlight of our long weekend in San Diego. It was our first time riding Segways, but Kara was an excellent teacher (Kara cares!) and had us all zipping around comfortably in no time. The mandatory intro video was informative but hilarious, and it was perfect to have about half an hour to practice before hitting the city streets and sidewalks.

Adam was a fun, engaging tour guide, and we felt extra safe with him leading and Kara bringing up the rear. Our only regret was not booking a longer tour. We love hiking, biking, kayaking, and walking - but we all loved this so much more for getting to know a city.

I've been riding bikes forever, but when I see pedestrians or obstacles near my path, I get nervous for fear of running into them. I've actually crashed into cars and gates. But on a Segway, I had total confidence and everyone escaped unscathed. I was even able to navigate safely through a crowd of dogs at a crosswalk. If you're nervous about riding a Segway, just know that anyone can ride one if I can.

My tour of San Diego was wonderful. It was the perfect way to learn about San Diego and it’s history in a few hours. Judy, my guide, was well versed in all things San Diego past and present, and tailored the tour to my requests. Judy was enthusiastic and fun to be with. I especially loved seeing and hearing about Coronado with the Hotel Del Coronado, magnificent homes and gorgeous view back over the city, and Balboa Park, amongst other sites. This is a tour that would work for one or several people and be time well spent.

Our 2 hour tour of San Diego was AWESOME! Totally customized for what we were most interested in, our tour guide, Judy, was knowledgeable and very interesting, giving us the "inside scoop" on this beautiful city. I also appreciated the flexibility of different pick up and drop off locations. It couldn't have been better! Thank you!

I wanted a quick intro to San Diego and it’s most famous sites and Another Side of San Diego delivered. Judy was amazing, she called me prior to pick up and let me know the time she would be arriving. She introduced herself and had such a happy disposition that it instantly brought a smile to my face. Judy loves her city, provided us such wonderful tips and recommended other activities, places to eat and proper public transportation information for me. She brought us to the top destinations and Coronado was lovely and a great history lesson. We drove through Barrio Logan and saw the amazing murals. Our last stop was visiting Balboa park and what a great way to end the day. Overall, I enjoyed my half day tour with Judy and our other passenger. For a small fee, the tour company offers pick up at your hotel. I highly recommend this and the tour if you do not have time for an entire day tour.

Our tour guide Judy was absolutely delightful and had a broad knowledge of San Diego's history. She also had a lot of tips when it comes to culture, nightlife, and restaurants. We tried the Mexican restaurant Coasterra after her recommendation and it was perfect! We were stunned by the view, and the food has been amazing as well. We appreciate also the individual approach to our needs. Overall we are very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks for the great day - we had a blast!

If I could give a 6 out of 5 stars, I would. Kenneth and his team were INCREDIBLE every step of the way. Our group of 60 (SIXTY!!!) reached out to ASSDT about a month out from our event date in a frenzy to schedule an excursion and a dinner. Kenneth was ALWAYS responsive via text, call, and email; he kept me up to date every single step of the way and was SUPER accommodating to all last minute changes. Invoice and payment was easy peasy. The date of the event, Kenneth contacted me to run me through the plan. My team and I ran a bit late to our scavenger hunt but Kenneth and his team were super adaptable.

On to the main event: Scavenger hunt followed by beach bbq. He and his team were attentive, involved, talkative, and took every piece of feedback in stride. They supported the full setup and tear down of our beach bbq. We had SO MANY GAMES! Smores, a catering company, etc - all included in the one cost of the beach bbq (which I really appreciated, multiple receipts can be a pain). Verbatim, one of my colleagues said "This team is so attentive, I moved one corner of the picnic blanket and one of the guides came running to help me"! We were a very young, rambunctious team and the ASSDT took us and ran with us.

5/5, 10/10. If you are a corporate group looking to get the full San Diego experience, definitely recommend ASSDT!

While eating lunch by the water our teenage son said. “I want to do THAT!” It was easy to book and easy walk to find the meeting point. Within a hour of booking, Preston Dill took us through Petco Park, the Gas Lamp District, the old jail, and waterfront area to the Midway. It was a fun way to see San Diego. A great mix of history and humor.

We had a blast on the Segway tour with Mari as our guide. She did a great job of sharing history and points of interest on San Diego while still making it fun more our teenage kids.Highly recommend!
