Guided Kayak Eco Tour - Bunche Beach

Very much a five-star experience! I took this tour with my sister and nephew (13). We are experienced kayakers, and kayaking through mangroves was a completely different (and amazing) experience from the open-water style we were used to. You are up close on both sides as you go through mangrove channels. We saw so much, and learned a lot from our amazing guide, Sam. The stop for a swim and explore on the beach, the subsequent successful search for manatees, the history lessons - all made the morning so engaging and fun!
We had two other people in our group who were not experienced with kayaking, and I believe that they had an excellent time as well.

We had a wonderful kayak experience with this tour company. All the staff members we interacted with were very kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rachel was our guide and she was absolutely fabulous! She has a wealth of knowledge growing up in the area and furthering her studies with the ecology area in college. Highly recommended this company.

Had an awesome tour through the mangroves! Our guide, Chase, was very knowledgeable about the wildlife and area in general. He also took some great pictures of us. The tandem kayak was perfect for myself and my grandmother.

My son and I enjoyed a leisurely tour led by Rachel. It was a bit windy so we couldn’t go to an area that sometimes held manatee, but we still had a nice tour.

Great trip! Lots of birds, fish and an iguana. Rachel was an awesome guide! Lots of info on the local vegetation and wildlife. My 8 yr old loved it!

Beautiful day on the water, with Rachel. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful to the entire group. Overall great experience. We saw several species of birds and manatee. Great job!

Cayla was a great guide-very knowledgeable…..I would do this tour again. Very windy day and she made sure we stayed around the mangroves; we stopped to walk the beach and she pointed out various shells, crabs, etc

We had a great trip! Our guide , Cayla, was very friendly and knowledgeable. She made an effort to get to know everyone on the trip and also to make sure everyone was having a good time. We saw lots of wildlife. The stop at the white sand beach was a nice break and a great place for shelling.

Chase was a fabulous guide, very knowledgeable about the history of area. We were able to see dolphins when we stopped at Bunche beach. Kayaking through the mangroves was a experience of a lifetime

Excellent tourguides, good equipment.
Paced for our particular group, in our 70s. Very close up in personal interaction with a manatee, probably my favorite part of the trip.

The trip was amazing. Sam and Chase were very helpful. Sam guided the tour and was very informative and entertaining. We saw a manatee that came right up to us. Thanks!!

Guide was great super fun! Manatees were not in season, but we managed to find a mom and a baby and another one. Plenty of photo op and they take great pictures- a great day!

This was a fantastic tour! Our guide Cayla was so fun and knowledgeable! She knew about every bird and fish we saw in detail. The plant life too! We had an amazing time and would definitely do it again!

Went on the ECO tour after renting a kayak for half a day, booking was so easy! The guides were knowledgeable and great! We got to see some dolphins 🐬 and lots of cool birds! They took me through the mangrove tunnels which were stunning, picture attached! The weather was perfect and the entire experience was amazing! Loved every minute of kayaking! Sam and Ty were great!

Chase and Ty were great guides. We had an amazing family trip. We learned about the surrounding wildlife. We can’t wait to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our kayaking adventure! The mangrove tunnel was one of the coolest places I’ve ever seen and Bunche beach was beautiful. Kayaking on the ocean was both beautiful and relaxing, but also quite exerting! It was a good workout being the sole paddler for me and my 10 year old!

Emily was so friendly, engaging, and informative! She was highly knowledgeable of the plant and animal life! She was kind enough to take several photos of us in the tunnel which we can’t wait to see! After a flip flop losing snafu on our way out in the kayaks (apparently I’m the only person they have ever seen tip a kayak!), Caleb threw in a net three times in search of my lost flip flop while we went on our trip.

HIGHLY recommend checking out kayaking adventures; it was a major highlight of our trip!
