King's Landing
Get ready for a laid-back, immersive paddle through one of Florida’s most stunning natural gems—Rock Springs Run. On this guided kayak tour, you’ll journey into a pristine world that looks much like it did when the Timucuan tribes once lived here. Your guide will lead you through crystal-clear waters that wind past sand pine scrub, lush jungle-like foliage, and serene pine flatwoods. As you paddle, keep your eyes peeled for turtles sunning on logs, playful otters slipping through the water, white-tailed deer, and even the occasional black bear in the distance. Birds are everywhere—egrets, herons, maybe even a barred owl or bald eagle overhead. It’s an out-and-back adventure: we’ll paddle upstream first, ducking under low-hanging branches and winding through gentle twists. Along the way, you’ll have time to hop in and swim in the refreshingly cool, gin-clear spring. Then it’s a relaxed drift back downstream with the current, soaking in the sights and sounds of old Florida wilderness.
