Go to Bill Bird Marina, at Haulover Park, 10800 Collins Avenue, Miami FL 33154 and look for the Kelly Fishing Fleet Signs and the blue awning Park at the free marina parking lot behind the Kite Shop and look for Slip E15, very near the fuel dock and bait shack
