Hard Rock Cafe Miami

This Hard Rock Cafe is located at Bayside Marketplace.

We are big lovers of the Hard Rock concept - on this occasion service was slow - particularly for our cocktails which arrived just after our food.

My husband had the impossible burger which he felt was kind of average on this occasion - I had the vegetable fajitas which were lovely.

Drinks were pretty good although expensive at $14 dollars each - we had a hurricane and a passion fruit Mai tai

Worth a visit but even for one course and one drink each don’t expect much change out of $80.

Excellent food experience and service, as you would expect from Hard Rock.
Sit indoors for a cooler experience. Lady who organised tables deserves a particularly good mention

I had an amazing time there. There was many things to do. The food there was delicious. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend it. There is always an entertainer there.

Rock star Manager, entertainment & drinks. We loved visiting and felt so well looked after. The singing acoustic duo were phenomenonal. Great energy.

Very clean. Quick, efficient service. Wait staff and hostesses were very friendly and very hospitable. And the music was good too. Food was delicious.

Visited on our honeymoon as my husband loves the hard rock cafes on our travels. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Meal was good. Live DJ for atmosphere. For us.. the view was just spectacular

I love the Hard Rock Cafe but this was not the best one as our experience was very average.

We arrived prior to opening time and the staff were clearly not ready as they did not let people in until half past.

We were then taken to our table outside (with no wifi access) and no view of the TV’s. Fantastic view of the Marina though.
We were sat outside by the soft drinks bar and the staff were stood around chatting, there was no ice and both our sodas turned up flat. One was replaced by another flat soda.

The waiter was friendly but not very attentive which I thought strange as it was not busy.

HOWEVER, the food (as always) was really good and the decor inside was fantastic!

If you are to go to this Hard Rock, I would recommend that you ask to sit inside for the proper “Hard Rock Experience”.

We have been to numerous Hard Rock Cafes, and this was the best one. We went to celebrate my son’s 25th birthday, on March 18, and the manager made it a special one! He chatted with us, while giving us some history lessons. He asked my son’s favorite band, and played a variety of Queen for him. The nachos, burgers, and fudge sundae dessert was amazing! Make time to stop by and eat, you will not regret it.

Second day of the USA opening up its borders and we landed in Miami, checked in at the intercontinental and found this wonderful harbour with a Hard Rock Cafe. Being fans we stopped off for a light snack and a couple of drinks and weren’t disappointed. Staff looked after us very well, along with the other customers. I’d forgotten how large starters are in the US so only managed the nachos which were fully loaded. Lovely location, perfect service and an enjoyable short evening for us. No complaints about anything.

Where do I start, First we were blessed with the manger antwon's presence. He noticed that we were first timers and he stopped what he was doing to take our picture. Then james and joshua gave us the top notch service during our entire stay. I felt so welcomed. I can't thank antwon enough for managing such an energetic lively crew. Excellent excellent customer service. And the cook thats from new Orleans is awesome! GREAT JOB ANTWON. We will be back

My experience was great Oscar the manager was so helpful with my husband's dietary needs do to religious beliefs and my waitress Kayla was great as well. I normally don't like to leave tips or should I say if the services suck your top is small. Kayla you're great 👍 she deserved the trip I left.

It was really Not a good service expericence, we get our order but our daughter was wrong and we wait more than 30 min for her food.
Don’t really like to complain but her food take so long, also we ask for a bottle beee than we have to stand up to aak for our drink, beside over price food rude people all over Miami.
Shame .

It's been too long since I have been home to Miami Beach. When I lived there I spent quite a bit of time at the Hard Rock Cafe in Miami. It's right on the water has a great vibe and is always a place to be. I was just in town recently and stopped in for a quick drink and get a new Pin for my collection. Of course the staff is beyond awesome as they always are. For sure it was worth the stop on my way through town. I cant wait to go back for dinner and some frosty beverages again. Weather you are a local or visitor you will certainly enjoy this location on the bay!

We sat outdoors facing the marina. The ambience was really nice at night. We had great drinks and delicious grilled salmon. Really recommend their Bangkok spicy shrimp for appetizer. Our kid got this mini milkshake which was so creamy and yummy. Staff was friendly, but they took a very long time to bring our food and we had to ask them twice. They also got their gift shop right there where we got some nice souvenirs.

I been there to buy a t shirt And a baby bodysuit, the location is fantastic with a very nice view, i didn t had time for yet the food And the drinks but was busy And all the people was looking very happy...!! If i come back to Miami a gonna come back for sure, the people working at the rockshop was very nice, smiling And very helpful...!!

This cafe is situated in Downtowm Miami which is stunning at night!
The staff were friendly and the Manager was awesome! He stayed and chatted with us for a while and made sure we were looked after.

The nachos portion was HUGE and yummy!

I will definitely be returning when in Miami again.

Have been to multiple locations around the world and this one has to be my favorite hands down! It's built like a miniature stadium and overlooks Biscayne Harbor! We were told there was a two hour wait for a table but upon telling them we had a boat tour to catch they found us spaces near the bar (being dressed up nicely always helps out!).

The food and cocktails are on point as always but what makes this place amazing is hands down the decor and the music! They always play the most amazing throwbacks from the right era that makes you remember the good times in life! Be sure to try the Loaded Nachos and Ultimate Long Island Iced Tea - they let you take the glasses home as a souvenir if you get the large versions too :)
