Outstanding!

This was so much fun I created my account just because I needed to share my enjoyment. Both activities were at an easy relaxed pace. There is about an hour between kayaking and the walking tour, so you have time to quickly shower/change and get the salt off before switching gears. You have the option to buy alcoholic drinks at the various restaurants, but everyone was also great about me sticking to water to rehydrate after the afternoon on the water. This was not a one bite food tour. Portions were just right to be able to try everything and finish the tour full. They were also extremely accommodating to food allergies and preferences. We had one gluten intolerant and a couple of no seafood and all was managed with alternatives so no one missed out on the experience. Highly recommend!
Don’t buy the package deal

If I broke down the 2 experiences, the kayak was definitely better. We had Hobo Joe and he was excellent. Tour was very interesting and fun!
Food tour was a disappointment, Lesly, our tour guide was great, but the food tour was weak at best. First 2 stops had food, 3rd stop was 1/2 a shot of some “health concoction”???. 4th place was a wine bar where we (13ppl) shared 2 small cheese and cracker trays. Last stop was gelato,… which was good. All alcohol was extra except at the wine bar where you got 8oz of beer or wine.
The 2 activities purchased together was MORE $$$ than if we had purchased them independently…. How crazy is that??!! I paid $14 more pp to combine the 2 tours! I thought when you purchased a “package/combo” the price should be less…. Or at the very least EQUAL to retail.
I would do the kayak tour again, but for $80+ dollars for the food tour, I’ll just get one entire meal at a restaurant!

An amazing way to see what SRQ has to offer! Chris was a rockstar kayak guide!!! The mangroves were incredible! Noah was hilarious and super fun food guide! He made sure everyone was having a great time and enjoying the day. We were lucky to be with a great group of people. Some local some from out of state. I will update this post with more foodie details and pics! Highly recommend these tours!
