What You Will Do
This once in a lifetime experience is a thrilling way to get up close and personal one of Kauai’s most popular natural attractions. Da Life Outdoors brings the magic of Hule'ia River and it's 241 acres of National Wildlife Refuge to visitors and Kama'ainas (residents). Their guides perform volunteer service towards the natural resource restoration for the privilege of sharing it with guests, and a portion of all ticket sales are donated to the Hule'ia National Wildlife Refuge for ongoing conservation efforts.
After a detailed rappel safety lesson, and a practice run on the dry wall, you will be guided into the waterfalls. The first waterfall rappel is done at the 30’ Bamboo Falls, and then followed by the towering 60’ Papakolea Falls. Your tour ends with a snack overlooking the Hule'ia Watershed and Ha'upu Mountain range. The photos you could take on this adventure will leave your friends at work SPEECHLESS! This WILL be the highlight of your Kauai vacation!

Small Group Waterfall Rappel in LihueXJ37+MW Lihue
It’s not zip lining, it’s not rock climbing… it’s rappelling! This guided rappel tour takes place on our private property that overlooks the Hule’ia watershed and Ha’upu Mountain range and has two SECRET waterfalls. After a detailed rappel safety lesson and a practice run on the drywall, guests hike to two secluded waterfalls. Customers will first rappel the cascading 30′ Bamboo Falls, followed by the towering 60’ Papakolea Falls. Guaranteed to be the most unique experience of your vacation! Snacks, water, and juice were provided throughout the tour.
