Trickery Chicago Magic Show

Went here with some colleagues for a work event and had such an enjoyable experience. The venue is set up / decorated beautifully, with hidden treasures everywhere. The show was funny, well-paced and definitely magic! Huge props to the magician for getting the audience engaged, being a professional and making this an overall great time! Would recommend.

This was a fantastic magic show! Really small and intimate venue. Lots of crowd work, jokes, and mind-bending tricks.

The Mrs and I got out for a much needed joint birthday evening and it was the best decision I think I’ve made all year. We had a blast! We laughed, we cried. Ok well we laughed till we cried. After the show all we talked about on the drive home was how impressed we were with Aaron’s ability to connect with his audience through a level of engagement only made possible by the atmosphere he creates to begin with. Pure genius. And you gotta hand it to his intern Steve too, dudes gonna have his own show one day, Aaron better watch out!

Magic At Its Best. We decided to do this on a whim & it made our evening memorable. I’m a professional entertainer, it’s hard to impress me but everything from the production to the performance was captivating and down right entertaining. I’ll be back…. With friends!

The guy is amazing. So many tricks that we have no idea how he did it. This is a good place to bring your child who might be interested in Magic or even if they aren’t.

Husband and I went with another couple. It is a 1 man show full of sleight of hand, and mentalism/mind reading and lots of fun jokes and slightly off color innuendos. The crowd is kept involved and laughing while seeing some great tricks. The show is only one hour + but seems to last longer as everyone is having fun. There are cans of soda, bottled water, and a bit of candy for sale which I hadn’t seen mentioned on the website. Small but clean and comfortable theater. Really fun experience well worth the money. Well done!

So I went to see the baseball and I was in the area, so after my game I went to see the magic show, it’s a 5-8 min walk from Wrigley field and same distance from the red line. Aaron put on an amazing show, he was funny, included most of the crowd, it was such a great night, I travelled from the UK and wanted a night out and this was something different, and well worth it. I would definitely recommend going to see this, even if you’re visiting Chicago, it may see a little far but it’s only 25 mins from downtown and lots of bars and places to eat around the stadium.

A must do in Chicago...funny, light comedy, crazy magic, audience interaction all awesome. Owner/performer is so kind and accommodating and makes the whole experience so fun!

Amazing, entertaining and original. We had a great time. It is one of the best magic shows in Chicago, and it has a cute store too.

A truly fun evening. Magic is all close up and performed flawlessly. Show has humor running throughout the performance. Be aware. The humor is for adults. Perhaps not the best for children.

It's a very small venue but packed with cool and engaging comedy and tricks. Don't come expecting huge production value, bc the camp theme of it all really sets the scene. The magician did some really impressive close up magic and tons of audience participation. Jokes are definitely filled with innuendo but I don't think my 11 year old picked up on most of it. I had a great time, laughed and was amazed by some of the 'mind reading' tricks performed. We will be back!

Aaron was funny and he was entertaining and there was audience participation. Do NOT bring young ones under 16 I would say. He makes some comments that might need explaining. Highly entertaining!
