What You Will Do
At The Dinner Detective, you’ll tackle a hilarious and challenging crime while you feast on a fantastic dinner. Just beware! The culprit is hiding in plain sight somewhere in the room, and you may find yourself as a Prime Suspect before you know it! Our engaging and unique murder mystery dinner theatre performances have been playing across the country since 2004.
Our show is very different from traditional murder mystery dinner shows. We will hide non-costumed actors in the audience that are pretending to be part of the crowd. This results in a much more social and interactive evening than with other shows. Our shows are set during the present day and take place in real time. Over the course of the night, our costumed Detectives will uncover clues, interrogate audience members that may or may not be part of the show, and help everyone get closer to solving the mystery.

The setting was easy to...

The setting was easy to find. There was plenty of parking, park towards the back of the building. The food was good,we had the chicken. The confirmed actors were good and the actors that were "part of the audience" did a great job of remaining incognito. A fun evening!

We had the dinner detectives out to Scott Air Force Base and they were amazing! Everyone had a great time! We definitely have to do this again.

The food was tasty. The show was fun and interactive with some twists, and lots of audience participation. We plan to do this again when the new script comes out!
