All customers must present a ticket confirmation to Big Bus staff at the Hard Rock Cafe downstairs bar between 7:15PM-7:40PM. Customers may enjoy a welcome drink in Hard Rock before departing from Stop #1 (MGM Grand) at 8:00pm.
