What You Will Do

Begin your stay with us in our exclusive Club Lounge, where you’ll be greeted by our Club ambassador and enjoy a dedicated check-in, exclusively for our Club guests. For the rest of your stay, consider the Club Lounge your private sanctuary.


Club Lounge access is reserved for guests who reserve Club Level accommodations, for up to two guests per room.
During your stay with us, additional guests are welcome for an additional fee. Access is not complimentary for Elite Bonvoy Members.


What's Included?

  • The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge on the 14th floor is open daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Your Club Lounge experience includes:
  • Five food presentations daily
  • Complimentary wireless in-room Internet access
  • Two garments pressed daily
  • Dedicated Concierge and business center services
  • Throughout the day we have five complimentary food presentations, including:
  • Breakfast | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
  • Lunch | 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
  • Light Snacks | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Hors d’oeuvres and Cocktails | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Dessert and Cordials | 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

Fully refundable if cancelled before 48 hours of activity delivery but may be subject to cancellation fees charged by the payment processor.
