Enjoy a very special afternoon at one of the oldest and finest distilleries in the Pacific Northwest. We will start with a guided tour through this beautiful property learning in detail about the entire process of making spirits including a visit to the barrel room where we will see whiskeys that have been aged for years as well as a look at the bottling process. Afterwards, we will enjoy a variety of complimentary tastings. You may choose a flight tasting with your choice of spirits along with a cocktail OR choose several cocktails from different spirits, some with infusions. When the weather is right, which it usually is in Central Oregon, enjoy your beverages outside in the patio all while taking in some stunning views of the Cascade Mountain range and making new friends.
