Great helicopter ride, lousy administration

The tour itself was great and pilots friendly and informative. However, we had an 11:15 am appointment in connection with booking our tickets online (a must). We were contacted that pilot was sick and they couldn't get replacement pilot until 12:30 pm. I confirmed we would make that work, but it could not be any later because we were slated to visit another attraction that closed at 3:30 pm, before continuing on our cross country trip. We were there at 12:15 and were told by the desk (obviously not a check in point for helicopter tours, but presumably for the small planes) someone would get us. By 12:45 pm no one had. I texted the rep who had informed me that there would by a delay and he assured me someone would get us soon, within a couple of minutes. Well, no one did until 1:05 pm which made the rest of the afternoon a rat race... so the administration/logistics of getting on this tour left a lot to be desired...
