What You Will Do

This informative, easy 2.5 hour tour of 8 miles with some small hills, makes its way around the lake on the hike-n-bike loop trail, including the boardwalk, Zilker Park, Butler Park, Barton Springs pool and Congress Bat bridge. This tour is a great tour for riders of all ages and skill levels, as it is totally natural, mostly shaded and traffic free. A great way to familiarize your group with the best parks of the downtown Austin area. Please note- if you can't ride a bicycle, you will not be able to participate in the tour and will be refunded. Safety and respect of other riders in the group are essential.

Zilker Metropolitan Park

Zilker Metropolitan Park is a recreational area in south Austin, Texas at the juncture of Barton Creek and the Colorado River that comprises over 350 acres of publicly owned land. It is named after its benefactor, Andrew Jackson Zilker, who donated the land to the city in 1917
