Traveling with Family to Dallas, Texas and wish to see a few sites, buying a City Pass will save you money. You won't be disappointed.

A reunión tower was the best!! You get to explore the entire city. What espectacular view, get a free photo and browse in a digital plataforma what activities you can participate.

The view of the city was phenomenal!! I would totally recommend this if you are in Dallas! The elevator to the top was fast and the employees were friendly!

Most places made you reserve tickets on line, but I couldn't do that with CityPASS. When I tried to purchase tickets where I was going, they told me that my CityPass had been used the max. number of times when in reality I was trying to use it for the first time.

Great value for your money. Attractions by themselves would cost more. Didn’t have any trouble with the electronic tickets.

Saved a lot of money with Citypass. All transactions were smooth. Hassle free process. All attraction options were great.

I was only able to do the Tower, everything else was closed unfortunately. Next time I will plan better. But trip advisor should really update things as well and make sure whatever is offered is open.

You need to call a heads and make sure that you plan accordingly in my experience.

I will not visit Dallas again unless I have business here. But it was a nice experience and next time would plant better* that’s for sure

We had a great time exploring Dallas with the CityPASS! We were hesitant about the zoo because of the heat, but they had plenty of shade and lots of misters to keep you cool! We also loved the Dinosaur exhibits at the zoo and Perot Museum.

The Perot Museum was amazing!! Sad the Reunion tower only had one floor open. I was looking forward to the second floor the most but it’s closed for renovations.

Had business trip in Dallas so family went and we finished the week there. Didn’t do everything we could due to heat and time but what we did was fun.

We enjoyed the Perot Museum and Holocaust Memorial Center. We are going to the Dallas Zoo and Reunion Tower today.

We had a great experience, the city pass is very easy to use. We didn’t have any problems using it. We took full advantage visiting the Perlot museum, the Goerge W. Bush museum. (The library is not open to the public) this was a little bit disappointing. We also visited the memorial tower and the zoo. I would totally recommend the city pass if you would like to save time in line and some cash.. ;)

Very nice fun place for kids and family. It’s interactive, fun and educational. Amazing place. I will definitely come again.

Great experience using this platform those far. The visit was fun and enjoyable. Going to the next attraction next week. Can’t wait.

You must go to each attractions to reserve a time, some days before. Read horror stories of how people bought these and then got to the attraction the day of and they were sold out, sometimes for the entire weekend. So I called the Bush Center and the 6th Floor Muesum to inquire about this. There is not a problem with getting into the Presidential Center with City Pass. However, At The 6th Floor, they recommended unless I could get there about two days before to reserve a time, I most likely would not get a reservation for the weekend. The 6th floor is normally sold out by Friday morning for the entire weekend. We were going only for the weekend, so buying the pass would not work for us.

When we were leaving the 6th floor Saturday afternoon, a disappointed man was expressing his disappointment about his family not being able to get in the entire weekend, not sure if he had bought a pass or not.

The website does tell you there are a limited amount of reservations and they may be sold out. However, it does not go into any great detail. I don’t think it would be a problem to get into the other attractions. However, I recommend you call the places you want to visit if you have a small window of time and ask them directly about using the pass and reservation availability, so you are not disappointed about your plans not turning out the way you envisioned them.

Be mindful that you must go to each ticket office to get a reservation time slot. This in itself can be very time consuming, especially if you have to go to several days before your reservation.

You can save a lot of money. However, you don’t save anything if you don’t get to see what you want to see and you have to waste a lot of time driving around making reservations. My recommendation is to call ahead. If it is going to work, buy the pass. If you have a limited time frame and want to go to see the 6th Floor, buy tickets from the ticket office.

I have purchased passes like this in the past and highly enjoyed it. The problem is because of Covid and limited amount of visitors they are letting in at a time makes the City Pass a gamble.

Had absolutely no issues using the city pass. We live in Mansfield and having the flexibility in use made it so worth it. It was great and I’ll definitely recommend to others in our network.

Buying this does not actually get you entry to every place!! Only the POSSIBILITY of getting in. It's cheaper for a reason! Purchased this to try and save some money as we were going to all of these places anyway. But it ended up being a total waste of money. Places require you to go there IN PERSON first to reserve a time slot. This is very problematic if you are from out of town like we are. We went to each place on our first day in Dallas and were only able to get a time for the reunion tower. Everywhere else turned us down saying they were booked the entirety of our time in Dallas and we should have come in person sooner. We weren't even there during peak season either, just a regular weekend. After much pleading, the science museum let us in. But as for the zoo and the JFK museum, no luck. Basically, this only works if you actually live nearby. If you are from far out of town, don't bother with this and just purchase tickets normally. The extra cost is worth the guarantee you'll actually get to go to the attraction. The CityPASS is a GIGANTIC waste of money and ruined our vacation. Lesson learned, don't trust these cheap all-in-one packages.
