Hop On Hop Off Dallas Tour

The tour director was very knowledgable and funny. She was also a good driver. She explained the attractions thoroughly.

The tour was good and our driver was engaging. The reason for 3 stars is it isn’t a good hop on off option as the trolley comes every 90 minutes. The stops do not have enough to do for 90 minutes.

Really good tour. Very informative. Driver was great. Bus was clean and comfortable. We were very pleased. It was a hot humid day and the bus temp was comfortable.

The bus tour was very good and the driver Chris was very knowledgeable and funny. We had stops at quite a few different areas and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It's definitely the best way to find your way round any city you travel.too.

Fun, interesting, had a great time. It is a great tourist thing to do to get info, see the sights and learn about Dallas. I recommend it every time someone comes to visit.

The trolly car had uncomfortable seating and whenever the driver hit the many potholes along the route, passengers were bounced and thrown around on their seat. We are healthy adults so it has nothing to do with our age or personal physical challenges etc. There were no handles to grasp in order to stablize the jolts so it really affected the entire experience in a negative way. I realize it is a vintage trolly car however, the ride conditions should be stated before the purchase of buying a ticket so that proper consideration can be made for this attraction. Secondly, the audio was super hard to understand due to poor speaker quality and additional noise from the motor itself. Lastly, a window actually fell out onto the seat next to a passenger and the driver couldn't have been less interested enought to pull over and handle the situation. I have been on several attractions similar to this one in other cities and was satisfied with my experience. I was very disappointed and although it was a good length of time and the driver shared a few key pieces of information I would not recommend to anyone. By the way, I can't remember when I've ever given a negative review for anything.

This was a great way to get an overview of the downtown part of the city; so glad we did not have to do the driving and parking ourselves!

All the Trip was wonderful. The driver very Kind and the itinerary perfect for us. Enjoy the City and the variety of places.

I paid for two tours that were cancelled and the second one was cancelled 15 minutes before start so I have to take a tour that I wasn’t so interested

The trolley was full and the Air conditioner didn’t get the back of the bus

Seeing the actual place where President Kennedy was so tragically assassinated. After seeing all the TV coverage and film it was moving to be there. We enjoyed all of the sights and our guide was great.

The Hop On Hop Off tour us a must if traveling to Dallas. The driver is so knowledgeable about the history of this city. She was funny and gave the best tour of this beautiful city.

Our tour guide was great! She provided us with some great history, and she was very funny. We were able to ride one whole loop of the tour, and then, we stayed on for the next loop and got off at the Dallas Museum of Art.

We had an entertaining guide who was able to share a lot about history as well as some personal anecdotes and humor.

If you are short on time in Dallas, this trolley tour is a good one to use to learn about the city. It's not your typical hop on hop off tour as in other cities. It's about an hour and a half but there is only 1 trolley running so if you hop off at a stop, it's at least an hour and a half before the trolley is back. Just keep that in mind. Bus driver was awesome and very knowledgeable. I did not get her name unfortunately.

Could not hear the driver in the back of the trolly. It was also hot in the back of the trolly. Too expensive for the entire family.
