Rude trolley driver

Fun, informative tour

Comfortable, informative and the host was wonderful. The host had a wealth of information. The trolley was warm even though it was cool outside.
Fair enough but average overall.

Did this trip after a few days in Dallas and after doing the famous book depository - which is the advice I’d give, don’t rely solely on this. Whilst it was a fair experience and the Audio clips atmospheric, it just felt a bit disjointed in parts with the driver indicating with her arm some key points and giving some of her own commentary. It was a good trip and seeing the route Lee Harvey Oswald took was interesting, but it was a tad rushed and might have been better if the driver was a bit more involved. She wasn’t the most welcoming character and seemed more interested in getting photos of people with their own cell phones initially. A fair trip overall but average in terms of welcome. Felt more a tourist trap rather than something a bit more bespoke.

I was stunned and shocked at her rude tone of voice, but didn't say anything, just took our seats. Are your trolley drivers allowed to be rude? Did she think that because we are not white tourists and from some foreign country that it's okay to be rude? Isn't that racist behavior?
The trolley tour operators need to learn that there will be all kinds of tourists taking such tours and if they want to run this business then they can't be rude and offensive to customers.
