What You Will Do
The Little Dell Recreation area provides the ultimate backdrop for participants to take some time away from their busy lives to reflect and disconnect.
During the first part of this activity we will take some time to chat and connect. This will also be a great time to frame up our meditation experience, discuss basic meditation principles and set an intention for the practice.
The second part of the activity will be the practice portion. We will use a mix of walking and seated meditation practices. These practices will be paired with the beautiful Little Dell wilderness to help give participants the ultimate feeling of calm and connection.
In the last part of this experience we will take some time to reflect upon the practice and discuss some different ways in which we would like to apply the techniques learned, to our daily lives.

I booked this experience because it was a little out of my comfort zone, but something I really wanted to try. Boy, am I glad I did! Josh was such a thoughtful and kind leader of the trip and helped me find great peace through introspection in one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. He routinely asked for my consent to make sure I was comfortable with any practices or parts of the hike, and that made me feel so confident as a solo traveler. He clearly loves what he does and sharing this experience with others. I highly recommend this!
Extraordinary Meditation Hike with Josh

This was an extraordinary meditation hike with Josh. The breathtaking scenary coupled with Josh's tremendous knowledge of the land, meditation, and stress management techniques was quite impressive. This was a truly memorable experience that everyone should enjoy. It's a time to enjoy nature, meditate, and then reflect on ways to enjoy and improve your quality of life. I went alone as a solo traveler and I felt completely confident with Josh. He really knew the land.
