Lovers of history and ghosts will love discovering all Old Town has to offer. We'll pass by Carlyle House, Union Street Public House, and enjoy meandering along the cobblestone streets. Stories range from siren voices heard at the edge of the waterfront, to Revolutionary soldiers still marching the cobblestone streets. You'll also learn the tragic tale of Laura Schafer, the Burning Bride. One of the most famous ghost stories of Alexandria.

Hear all about the ghostly inhabitants of the historic Carlyle House. We will gather on the edge of the grounds to hear stories with the impressive backdrop. You may even be able to snap a few eerie photos. Guests have captured photos of orbs in the past!
