When I went to Arlington National Cemetary there was no 2:15 walking tour. I asked several people that worked there and they had no idea. How can I get a refund?

Tyrone McBride was very knowledgeable, and friendly. He kept us entertained with all the stories he has heard from other travelers.

The most memorable was, we were stuck in traffic. I texted Tyron to tell him. He said no problem he would be waiting for us. Little did we know the tour was just my daughter and myself. So great to have a one on one tour and not a group of 5 or more people.

Don’t bother! They moved our tour time from 1 to 10am which wouldn’t work for us as we had another tour booked at that time. Requested a refund, so they asked if we could make the 2:00 instead. We were told to meet our guide by the metro stop, so we got there at 1:45 and waited until 2:10 and he never showed up. We then called the numbers that were given and was told to meet the guide inside after we went through security. So we did that, never found the guide and began on our own. 2:30 rolls around and I’m told that I should’ve stayed by the metro stop and waited. Requesting a refund! We ended up exploring the cemetery on our own and hit everything we wanted to see!
