Customer Service A++. This company was one of the best we used while on St. Thomas. They were on time and professional. Trustable drivers and well known on St Thomas island.

Big Moe, Abraham, and Prince were spectacular in transporting our large group from the charlotte Amalie ferry to Red Hook and back. All our drivers were friendly, professional and we had great conversation both ways. If you have 2 persons or 150 persons, Paradise Taxi and Tours USVI are the ones to book!

Our ground airport transportation was smooth and easy. We enjoyed the conversation and the views leading to Redhook.

Perfection from the start. Nancy was amazing. Called 5 minutes after our flight landed to let us know she was there and to call back when we have our bags. We did and there she was. We had a great ride over to the Red Hook ferry terminal, quick and easy and Nancy was catching us up on what’s happened on island since our last visit years ago. I wish that’s where this review ended but unfortunately my wife left her phone on the back seat of the van. We noticed this right as the ferry was pushing off to head to St John where we were staying. We called Nancy and she located the phone and I was going to just catch the next ferry back to Red Hook to grab it but she said not to worry. She said get checked in to where we were staying and she’d personally give it to the captain of the ferry to deliver it to the St John ferry ticket office and call when she handed it off. She did exactly that and we strolled down to the docks and there was the phone in a nice envelope with our name on it. Truly a savior and turned what could of been a horrible start to vacation into the exact opposite. Nancy is the best and we will be forever grateful for her kind service and will be using her whenever we return for sure!

I am very grateful to Paradise Taxi for their assistance in ensuring my iPhone was returned to me while I was vacationing in St. John.

Unfortunately, I left my phone in their van enroute from the airport to the Red Hook Ferry. They found my phone and sent it over on the ferry the next day.

We also used their van service for our family on our return trip home. In this case, they picked us up at the ferry and the driver was able to suggest a restaurant for us to have lunch near the airport since our flight was delayed. After lunch, the driver returned and dropped us at the airport. Again, Paradise Taxi provided value added service and went above and beyond to be of assistance to my family and me.

Fast and friendly taxi service from the airport to Redhook ferry. We will book again with this company, because the was easy to book and affordable.

I went to the Virgin islands for my bachelorette party and used Moe as our driver. From start to finish the customer service was excellent and i will not hesitate to recommend them or to hire him again. Get a private vehicle! Best thing.

Wedding party and family of 12 visited in September. My then fiancee and I got married on Magens Bay beach with lots of thanks from Big Moe who made our transportation around the island to make all the last minute details stand out and come to life. He was trooper. We used Big Moe from our airport pickup to shopping to touring to dinners and all around the island! If you ever need to plan a wedding on St. Thomas a need transport, then these are the guys! you wont be disappointed.

Visited St. Thomas with my girls and let me tell you that is company is so reliable and professional. Moe was our driver and he was really good about talking on the history of the island on our way to our ferry. We came back for a couple of days from st. john and stayed on st. Thomas and he was easy to book! Ask for Big Moe so that you can enjoy like we did.

Our favorite experience was riding with our driver Big Moe- he was not only very nice but when ever we needed transport on island he was there or made sure we had a safe driver. We will use when we go back.

Thank you for everything! This is a honest company! We left my daughters glasses and cell in the taxi and we didn't even notice- Moe came back to the airport, called someone inside to call us by TSA, because our phones were off just to return these items! We are grateful and will return and use Moe every time-Thank you!
